The cushion is comfortable and does help with my chronic back pain. The only drawback is it moves on the car seat so I don't use it in the car for daily commute and I have yet to use it on a long drive. It seems like it will be ok on a long drive.

I suffer from painful sciatica and sitting, even for short periods is painful. The Comfi Life Cushion provides a comfortable support in all seats, including my car. It reduces the discomfort in my lower back and legs. I use it at work, in my car and just lounging. I also bought one for my husband because he has arthritis in his hips and sitting becomes quite painful for him. He says it makes it easier to rise up from the chair after sitting for a while. He says it also provides comfort in his lower back while sitting. We highly recommend the Comfi Life Cushion!

This cushion was very comfortable, and would probably be great for an office chair. However, I thought this for the driver’s seat in our new car. I am having a problem with my sciatica after driving more than 30-45 minutes. I put this in today to run some errands. After only 10 minutes I started feeling both of my feet go numb, the cushion is short, and was putting pressure on my thigh muscles. Still looking for the perfect cushion for driving.

This cushion is amazing! I have degenerative disc and frequent hip pain. I drove from the West Coast to the east coast and back in 14 days with minimal pain associated in my hips and back. Usually after 2 hours in a car I am experiencing pain and stiffness. I would highly recommend this. The only thing to note is that you will have to lower your seat in order to accommodate the height associated with the cushion in order to be comfortable in the car driving.
