I have had lumbar-pelvic fusion surgery and I have purchased every pillow to find comfort. This pillow by far was worth every penny. It is softer than others without feeling like it has reduced to nothing. The curved front is great for sciatic comfort. This works great for me. I am wheelchair bound and often slid in my chair which was uncomfortable. I am able to sit longer and not be in pain.

Sent from my iPhone Prior to purchasing this cushion, I had purchased two others. My problem was that I kept sliding to the front of my wheelchair. The first one did nothing to help me. The second a one seemed like it would work. It was basically the same shape as this one, but the material it is made from is different . Instead of sitting on topic of it, I was sitting in it. It also improves my posture.
