5 Stars for the lights, They look great and easy to install. Gave my truck an updated look. 0 Stars for quality control of the product from Amazon warehouse. Ordered first pair of lights. Was excited, they looked great and easy to install as they were direct fit to the OEM connections. Took about 10 mins. Passenger side worked perfect. Driver side blinker didn't light up all the way across the LEDs like it is supposed to do. Called tech support. Asked if they could just replace the 1 driver side light. They said no and tried to give a discount. I don't want a discount. I just want lights that work as advertised. Had to send back for a refund. Ordered a second pair. Arrived quick and was excited to get a pair that worked. They came and the wiring harness was not direct fit. They came with bare ends and no connections. They had to be wired into the truck wires. Not what is advertised. Sad to say I had to send those back as well. Do I try for a 3rd time? Again, Lights look great. Can't I get some that work? Super annoyed. ... show more

May 30th 2018..First off I will be honest they arrived nicely packaged and look great on my truck. I have plenty of experience with vehicle maintenance and repair work. They are easy to install and user friendly to inexperienced mechanics. Now the downside. I just got them installed on my ram it bout 20 minutes and went to the car wash and my drivers side headlight fogged with condensation so I parked my truck for a few days in the sun with no loss of condensation. Then I drove the other night and my headlights were facing the ground so I pulled over to adjust it and the adjuster knob spins freely with no response to the light function being adjusted so I tried my passenger side which did adjust but still points toward the ground along with the high beams as well. I removed them from my truck to check the light positions and they are seated properly so I reinstalled them with no luck. I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or if I just got a bad set of headlights. If it wasn’t for that I would have gave atleast 4 stars. October 4th 2018. I had been contacted about my review and poor experience within 24 hours of posting my review. I waited to update my post to see if I was going to have further issues before updating this review. Autosaver had immediately started to professionally correspond with me to rectify the issues that I had at hand and I will say they DID NOT put any blame on me. It was very easy to correspond with their team and the only thing I had to provide them with was pictures of the faulty product. Shown below.. they had overnight shipped me a replacement set of headlights which I’m very pleased with. I haven’t had any problems with the new set of headlights that they provided me. They have been installed on my ram for over a month now and I go to my local top wash car wash multiple times per week and have not had any condensation problems with this set. Now onto the other problem I mentioned before... I have not any any issues with the angling/alignment of the new headlights although they are just a little lower than I prefer, they do adjust and provide proper light down the road for safe travel in my deer infested area. Lol. Otherwise they point down the road and not at the ground. I have not had any issues with this replacement set as I mentioned before. I do stand behind autosaver as they did for me. If you have any issues with your purchase they will be more than happy to rectify any problems you have and make sure your fully satisfied with your purchase. I hope this review helps. Updated: it’s been little over a year since I’ve put these in. I run thru car wash tunnels weekly, and have had ZERO water issues. The lenses have stayed clear of oxidation, but to be fair, my truck is garaged most of the time. Fall is coming and I’m doing more nighttime driving. Im struggling to see. I put my OEM headlights back in just to see if there’s a substantial difference….im going back to OEM or a higher quality aftermarket. I do have a lot of county roads I drive so good lights are needed. If you’re in town, they’d be fine Original post : I took a gamble ordering these lights…I’m typically not a fan of aftermarket headlights or tail lights. They never fit, and usually get water in them. But I’m happy with them and glad I ordered them. I can’t speak to the water yet, but one of the reasons I decided to give these a try, is because other people who have reviewed, and have had issues, have had good luck with customer service. I just put these in tonight, and haven’t exposed to water yet so I can’t speak to other reviews on water intrusion. I like these lights, they look great, and give my truck a nice new look. What I’m not thrilled with is beam focus. Low beams seem alright, but high beams, they’re a little scattered. Highbeams aren’t independently adjustable. Factory isn’t either, so no knock on this product. I’ll get used to them I’m sure…and plan to upgrade factory bulbs to get a little more out of them. Overall, despite highbeams, I’d recommend them. They look great but point to the ground can’t see 10’ in front of me. I am going to try to adjust them but many reviews I have read have the same problem.
