Not OEM quality but worth the money. I am posting a lot of pictures of my installation of the right side headlight to show you what I am talking about in this review.I would probably actually give this about 3 1/2 stars. For about a third of the price of OEM they are worth the money. If you’re handy and have a little patience and don’t mind doing very minor modification. Go ahead and buy these lamps. But if you expect them to fit and work like original appointment then do not. The only real modification I made was taking out the old Phillips head screws that hold in the headlamp holding ring and replace them with the torx screws that came with the original because as was stated in previous reviews the screws were stripped and I was ready for that because I had read reviews first before purchasing. The tools you will need would be a 10 mm socket with a 6 inch extension and ratchet. A Phillips, straight slot and torx screwdriver. There are three screws with 10 mm heads that need to be removed and a “dammit clip”! I call it a dammit Clip because that was the expletive I chose. When trying to figure out how to get the headlamp assembly out. You can use the street side screwdriver to loosen the clip and to pull the old clip out of the fender hole. See the pictures. Once you remove the assembly you have to remove the bulbs unplug the lamps. Remove the retainer ring from the headlamp bulb use the torx screws from the old Headlamp assembly and replace the Phillips screws that will most likely be stripped already when you get it. The torx screws From the original assembly are longer and hold better. If you push the headlamp bulb all the way into the lamp the retainer ring will be loose no matter how tight you make the torx screws. I’ve read another reviews were people have added an O ring to the headlamp bulb and fix this problem I may have to do this later but for now I just did not push the headlamp bulb all the way in to the assembly. I was just going to use the whole socket and bald from the old assembly for the turn signal because the socket was painted chrome and the new one was black. The socket would not fit in the new lamp apparently it is made differently then OEM. After putting the bulbs in the new assembly and putting the retainer ring back on I Put the lamp back on the truck with the three screws and dammit clip in reverse order. It was getting dark after I replace the right assembly So I will replace the left one tomorrow. Since it was dark I was able to adjust my headlamp it is very simple using a Phillips screwdriver her and loosening or tightening the two rods until it was aimed correctly. I put these on my dodge, and while they look really good they are interesting to get on. Not really the fault of this light just the way the truck was manufactured, you gotta have the right tools to do so. They seem to project light well initially. The one thing I don’t. Are for us the adjustment for the headlights. The screw that adjusts everything is very cheap and strips SUPER easily, as if it’s gold and is very moldable. I had to take channel locks and lock into the bar itself behind the unit to adjust it. Besides that they seem to be comepletely fine. UPDATE: After a bit, I realized something was wrong. After I started to look in to it, the covers had melted do to poorly made and the wrong type of plastic. The plastic melted onto the bulbs and blew the bulbs out and exploded them. The media could not be loaded. Well not sure where to start. . Product in itself looked good, I got the black to go with my black truck looked good ,But that’s as far as that goes, the fit left quite the gap, the retaining ring for the light bulb are completely crap, won’t even hold themselves in place I guess I will have to sprinkle magic fairytale dust on it to make it work 🤷♂️.. . just to add some insult the freaking beam pattern is just horrible, yes brand new bulbs installed the best they had to buy at the local hardware store. I guess I should have listened to my gut on this. The price is to good to be true, I suppose this is the reason they are cheap but still expected them to be like factory, shame seems like just about everything sold in the automotive section for amazon is crappy I really should learn my lesson With amazon and what I would say 90% of the sellers just don’t care but this is amazons problem I’m done waisting money with the amazon automotive department 🤢🤢💩💩💩💩💩🤬🤬😠👎👎✌️✌️I’ll just leave it as money down the drain to learn a leasson. Initial review. They do look like OEM and with the 3 layer lens coating, hopefully they will not oxidized / yellow like the OEMs. I installed these on a 2004 Ram 2500. They are a good fit, not an exact fit. If I had the time (this is what I would have done vs. someone else), I would have exchanged them for another set. Both lights (left, right) the turn signal end of the assembly is too wide; hence, is not flush with the side panels (they stick out; OEM is near-flush). But you have a price point between OEM and these, and the other after-market features; hence, the rating I gave it. ... show more

I purchased a set of these headlights assembly for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 they work really great for the first 90 days then I started to have to replace the left amber light I thought maybe the lens was cracked and water my have hit the bulb and blew it out, then the second time this happened, just two weeks later I looked a little harder and that’s when I noticed that the silver reflector that surrounds the amber bulb had been melting on to the bulb causing the bulb to burn a hole into the bulb and burn out. I and it Just happened to be where I couldn’t return it back to amazon for replacement. I just contacted the Supplier To see how we’re going to resolve this issue. And I definitely will keep everyone posted on the turn out of this problem. ... show more
