Bought these for my 2001 silverado and they are BEAUTIFUL and are much brighter then the OEM ones. They appear to be well built for the price, but there were two very minor modifications I had to make. Number one, the lower turn signal lights are held in by a clip. The clip is too lose and they fall out. To fix this, heat the clips up and bend them wider, boom, no more lights falling out. Number two is that the LEF eyebrow wires are a smidge too short. Keep this in mind when installing them. If you splice them in to far forward you will have to extend them like I did. Overall though I feel they are worth the money. I did see they have a tendency to leak so I am going to seal the lenses with regular old clear silicone caulk. So far I have not seen any indication of water issues. Bottom line- need some mods to work right, but for the price and style, worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded. Easy install and instant improvement in visibility and overall appearance. My OEM headlight and parking light housings were oxidized and leaked badly- causing my daytime running light housing to corrode (which I replaced today as well). I live in the South with extreme heat, rain, and even some very cold days, so these will be tested. I have a 2004 Tahoe Z71, and roadtrip often, so I will update this review if anything changes.

So, these are by far the worst aftermarket headlamps I've ever had the displeasure of using and installing. The bottom lights fit ok, the top ones are horrible. The adjustments don't work correctly and, while I worked it out with the passenger side, the driver side isn't made correctly at all and could not even be made to fit. The driver(RH) side: The holes are too big so the bulbs just loosely sit in them with no seal and are unable to lock in correctly. I had to remove my grill insert to get the housing to even slide into place(OEM lights are not like this). The lamp does not sit correctly, because the bracket and/or housing aren't made correctly so it sits with the light tilted almost 22° over. The passenger lamp was passable, but the driver light is completely unusable. I received a replacement set hoping it was a defect, they were exactly the same. These are just not made correctly. Lastly, the light scatter is horrendous. Both lights aim FAR too left and there is no way to adjust it out. If you can even get the adjustment screws to do anything besides free spin and pop, no matter how far left or right you angle the lens, the light always aims in the same area, because the reflectors don't direct light the correct way. These ruin night time driving in every way, incorrect aim, no scatter, and extremely low light output.

I am giving these 3 stars because they look great when they’re “right” which isn’t always...read on... It seems like these are hit or miss based on other reviews and my experience and you may get lucky and you may not. I did not. First off the aiming mechanism is terrible and basically non existent and you’ll most likely have to get creative (or lucky) to properly aim them. If you’re putting in LED bulbs you’re going to have to take the assembly apart to get the bulbs in and I’m not sure about halogen. The headlights for me did line up decently. Not great but well enough for me to work the pins into place. I got one side aimed well however the other side the headlight assembly is just not right and the entire assembly faces downward too much so no amount of adjustment will get the light where it should be and match the other side. I had to get creative and used about a 12 inch long piece of fuel line wedged on the bottom outside edge of the light between the light and the bezel (or the part of the grille that separates the headlights from the parking lights. Pushing up on the headlight and working that hose in there along the bottom managed to get the light where it needs to be and being a black hose with my black grille it blends in and is not noticed. It sounds fairly ghetto and I suppose it is but it looks fine and does the job. Great clear lenses highly increase the amount of light output which is great. The lower parking lights just plain don’t perfectly line up like OEM. If you’re familiar with the 2000-06 Suburban, Tahoe & Silverado you know that these parking lights don’t have the greatest design for retention and have pretty weak “clips” but OEM work well enough and stay in place with no issue. These ones just don’t properly light up and can’t be fully secured. You may THINK they are but then one day you’ll notice the inner side of either one is popped out. It does push right back in but because they just don’t line up you never get that “click” that assures it’s not going anywhere. For that reason it’s just become habit that every time I walk by the front of the truck I look and if one is popped out I just push it back in and it stays for a while again. I have not had any issues with water getting inside like a few reviews mentioned. Not yet at least and I will update this if that does happen. So if you want something that looks great all the time, fits great and easy to install you probably want to spend a bit more money on a different set. If you don’t mind having to get creative, making some mods, a bit of frustration and getting slightly ghetto to make it look great without spending much money then these may be for you. I initially was going to return them and spend the money on some others but then decided they will both LOOK the same and I had already done all of the “creativity” so I said ah screw it I’ll just save the money and work a little more for cool looks.
