I received the product, but it had the wrong nuts and didn't fit the bolts. I left a negative review and the company reached out to me and offered me a full refund and to send me a replacement hardware kit. The replacement hardware kit arrived and fits perfectly. I'm happy with the quality for the advertised price. They turned a negative experience around in a big way. I installed the steps and the handrail piece isn't properly welded. The media could not be loaded. The steps are good but the item did not come with the nonslip pads not happy . Don't have time to mess with.
