The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s built like a tank . However even though they are designed for 5” trailers the engineers designers did not take into consideration the thickness of the two materials that attach on either side of the tongue , the bottom step and the top steps , The attachment plates are 1/4” thick each , the U-Bolts that were sent were stainless steel which is awesome, but they are only 5” , they need to be 6.5” to work on a 5” tongue. I purchased my own bolts because I don’t want to send this back as it’s a pain in our rural town . Additionally the top step anti skid was ripped in the package. I can also replace that , I tried to contact the seller and Amazon just to tell them about the two small issues without sending it back . Honestly all the seller would have to do is send me new anti skid tape and U bolts that were 6.5 inches long … I see no need to send the whole thing back for that … I would definitely buy agian if they fix those two concerns . For the money you can’t go wrong

Over all good sturdy steps for how tall they are. Packaging was not that great and product had many areas that were scuffed or paint worn off. Covering on step pads is great for nonslip but poorly installed with creases in certain areas. The grab handle itself is not as rugged as the rest of the product and feel like they could’ve done a better job here.

The product is very solid and works well. It supports my 260 lbs. The handle could have been longer but was easily extended with some PVC/ Shipping was prompt, however the packaging was insufficient to keep the product from being damaged in shipment. The paint was chipped off of several areas and had to be repainted by me. Also, the height of the ladder should be listed in the advertisement.

The media could not be loaded. Works great on my 2026 Carolina Skiff 21LS. Also did a short video. Sturdy and easy to install. Will be using it in saltwater. Much cheaper than other models. Hard to find 4 steps (which I needed) under $1,000.

I received the product, but it had the wrong nuts and didn't fit the bolts. I left a negative review and the company reached out to me and offered me a full refund and to send me a replacement hardware kit. The replacement hardware kit arrived and fits perfectly. I'm happy with the quality for the advertised price. They turned a negative experience around in a big way. I installed the steps and the handrail piece isn't properly welded. It won't bend outward but will bend inward very easily. Overall, this product is a pass.

Sturdy step for boat trailer for sure wish there wasn’t any font on grip tape but not a huge deal easy install I cut remaining threads off so it didn’t cut feet
