The unit itself does a fine job. BUT...BEWARE. This product is not simply a plug-and-play, at least for a laptop that has a built-in microphone. This product needs to disable the built-in microphone. And, it requires great effort to get the built-in microphone enabled again. Twice, when I used this product, I had to have Windows 10 Home re-installed (via a call to Microsoft Support) on my HP Envy laptop. This product would be fine for a PC that does not have a built-in microphone. But for me I will never again use this product on my laptop. ... show more
