The charger is nice. But don’t use any face shell or controller covers. For your controllers to fit you need to make sure you don’t have any straps blocking the battery covers. Nor can you have a silicone controller protector. Same thing for the face of the VR set. Don’t have any kind of coverage on the front of the face set. Otherwise the device will not activate nor charge because you need to have a perfect connection with the metal pins at the bottom of the headset. It’s not that I think I’m going to easily damage my item. But a $500 plus set up. I really like the idea of having the option of charging all of this without taking protection off of it. So I’ll keep looking for something that might be able to do that. You take off the battery covers on the controllers and after inserting the rechargeable battery there is a new cover that comes with a set that has two metal pin points for charging the controllers. This works fine so long as you don’t have any kind of protectors on your controllers. I do, however, already have a controller charger that uses magnetic charging, and although it has its own batteries, it does not require any direct contact and even supports controller sleeves. This device, however, cannot do that. If you’re not using these, though, this is ready to go right out of the box with the default quest three. Both your controllers and headset will do very well on this as long as you’re not adding anything to get in the way.

Works perfectly right out of the box. I wasn't even aware that the arms that hold the quest in place were motorized once It detected the headset was charging and it automatically adjust to hold to the headset in place! Apart from that, love the lights and charging indicators on the front. The only thing I'd hope for was a longer USB-C cable. The cable that it comes with just feels to short for me but It will do for now.

The media could not be loaded. At first glance, this dock almost has Star Wars like aesthetic. The next thing I noticed was the battery design using a controller casing provided to make contacts for the dock which I like more than another way which included pushing a USB C into the side of a battery. The next feature you can see in the video is the locking arms. The instructions are very clear in that an elite strap needs to fully raised to sit properly on the dock. Once in place the arms firmly clamp the unit in place. I fully charged the controller batteries and then was able to take off the charging casing and put on my grips while still using the rechargeable batteries. I then played a couple hours draining my headset down to 16%. After placing the head set back into the dock it was fully charged in about 2 hours. Pretty quick! Everything seemed to function well, is compact, and all the hardware fit well. Though this dock may cost a little more than some others, I think it's worth it if you want quality paired with solid function.

I needed a docking station for my quest 3 and I liked that this came with rechargeable batteries. I took a star off because, when using the battery cover, it didn't close completely. There's a small gap. Aside from that, this charged quickly and I'm happy with it.

I got this for my son who recently upgraded to the Meta Quest 3 and he absolutely loves it. This charging station allows him to charge the controllers and the device simultaneously while keeping everything in order. The charging is fast, about the same as what the chargers that came with the headset and we have not noticed any change in the quality or longevity of the charge. I have also not noticed the charger getting warm or hot which is a concern with anything like this that is off brand. Overall, this is a very nice accessory to keep your items charged up and organized. We would definitely recommend it for your Meta Quest 3.
