I genuinely didn't think I'd love a bar soap this much, but this one pleasantly surprised me. I got the 4-pack of the Australian Botanical Goat Milk Soap mainly because I wanted something natural that wouldn't irritate my skin, and the ingredients caught my eye (goat milk, shea butter, soybean oil -- all things my skin already loves). I've been using it for a couple of weeks, and I can say the difference is noticeable. The lather is SO creamy - not thin, not squeaky - like legitimately creamy. It feels like a mini spa moment when you're in the shower. My skin comes out so soft and not dry or tight, especially on my arms and tops of my hands where I am prone to rough patches. The scent is very clean and light, without being heavy or perfume-y. It feels really high end, not chemical-y. I also love that the bars last a long time. Because they are triple milled, they won't melt down quick like cheap drugstore soap. I feel like it's a really good value because one bar lasts a substantial time. If you're looking for something gentle, nourishing and luxurious, this is a definite must try.

Australian Botanical Soap’s Goat Milk Bars are a lovely everyday luxury. I love the comforting smell and how gentle they feel on my skin. They are also very ecological and help save a lot of plastic and harmful chemicals that are not only bad for the environment but also for us. Many liquid shampoos and shower gels rely on preservatives and come in plastic bottles that eventually break down into microplastics, which return to us through the food chain. These solid soap bars are a simple, elegant way to avoid all that. The combination of goat milk and soya bean oil feels very nourishing and gentle, especially on drier or more sensitive areas. This soap feels very special. Thank you!

I ordered a box of this soap 8 months ago and I'm now down to 2 bars. I did use maybe 2 bars of a different soap during that time (which honestly leaves me disappointed every time), but compared to this soap those other bars don't last long. This stuff lasts forever! I would say each bar lasts close to a month. I do like the scent but after a while I kinda go nose blind to it so I have to switch it up every once in a while, hence the other 2 bars of disappointing soap. The scent is very mild in my opinion. That's probably my only complaint because I do like the soap smell on my skin. I know some people don't, so if that's you, you'll love this scent. I just ordered another box that has several different scents in it so that I can switch it up. Ok now for my favorite thing about this soap. I have really hard water and most soaps just don't seem to rinse totally off, but this stuff leaves me squeaky clean. I absolutely love that feeling! I always feel extra clean, even after rolling around in the garden all day covered from head to toe in dirt. It's extremely effective at washing away grime and body oils but it doesn't dry you out. With my other soap I always had a layer of dead skin and oils left behind no matter how hard I scrubbed. You know how you scratch your nail across your wet skin and a bunch of gray gunk comes off? Not with this soap. It's tough on gunk but so gentle on your skin. I originally got this soap because the other stuff I was using was drying me out. I used goats milk soap for a while, which solved that problem, but I live in a teeny tiny town and the only place I could find goats milk soap was at the hardware store and they stopped carrying it and I had to go back to "name brand" soap they sold at the grocery store. So I hopped on Amazon in search of a replacement and found this. I wish I'd found it years ago. The bars lather really well, they are huge, and they last forever. Definitely the most bang for my buck. When I use the other soap I usually have to lather my washcloth up twice, but with this I have tons of lather left once I'm done washing. One of my other favorite things is when the bar gets small, I don't know if it's the text that is stamped on the bars or what, but the small bar will stick to the new bar like a dang champ. I have never had to deal with a little sliver of soap falling off of the bigger bar, so there is zero waste. It is literally the perfect soap and I can't wait to try the other scents I just ordered. It is hands down the best soap I've ever used and as long as they make it I will keep buying it!!

The soap bar came well packed in a cardboard box as shown in image on the left side. I was a bit surprised at the size of the soap bar, this one will definitely last a while. After a surgery a few months ago, I have been having issues with my skin. I’ve become very sensitive to harsh chemicals / fragrances, and my skin has been really dry. So I was recommended to use goat milk soap, and found this as the more affordable option on here. I didn’t realize until after I purchased it has titanium dioxide, but so do a lot of beauty products. Not sure if it’s user error or the ingredients in the soap bar, as it is my first time using soap bar on my full body, but after showering I did notice that it left what I think is a white film/powder on my hand (shown in image) but not on the rest of my body which was weird. But after scrubbing it off with my face cleanser for a second it did come right off. This soap has a soft scent of shea butter, I didn’t smell it much while showering, but once getting out, I started to smell it a bit more on my skin. I didn’t mind it, I love a good scent but it’s still very mild. The soap made my skin quite firm but soft and I did feel very clean after using it. I would definitely use moisturizer after using this soap though. It’s pretty easy to use, it lathers really well for a soap bar! I’m hoping this helps with my skin issues a bit more and that next shower the white film won’t happen again.
