I purchased this brand and model power supply for my home computer after a recent and all too often power drop-out, caused by our public electric service company, killed the power supply and ATX-size motherboard I had been using for several years. When I read the specs and the features this brand offered and compared the price with similar products from other sellers, I decided this was the one to buy as it appeared to be a good value and reviews for it indicated it was reliable and had a good assortment of plug-in cables to accomodate any motherboard and plug-in components buyers would need power for. I also liked the fact it rated as 1000-watt, which meant it would have more than enough power for the motherboard, AMD processor and graphics module it would be powering and I was right. While the RGB lighting it produces isn't something I even considered and wouldn't care if it didn't have it, I've since appreciated being able to see it light up the wall behind the computer tower, telling me when it's turned on and being able to tell at a glance if there are no colors slashed on the wall, the power supply is turned off. I also very much like have the wide assortment of power cables it comes with to power the components I bought while replacing and upgrading my home computer. I had never replaced a power supply before. Found a good tutorial on YouTube. There are several. This was easy. It has all the right cables and I was able to revive my desktop. I also recommend using ChatGPT to help with the installation

Works well. Needed the extra power with the 9070xt. Not a big fan of RGB and the power/color cycle button only keeps the lights off until you power down. Once you restart your pc, the lights turn back on. Simple fix: if you remove the cover, the RgB data connector can be unplugged.

    • Pure garbage
PSU seems to work but the RGB doesn't play well with my other RGB stuff. The moment I connect it to the circuit everything goes dark. If I plug it in by itself it appears to get the RGB signal. So it appears to require it's own dedicated RGB header to work at all. Pretty pathetic and Completely unacceptable. ... show more
