    • Perfect for one or two people, especially if you have to pay for laundry
I accidentally purchased this when I meant to save for later, but was very pleased to discover it's usefulness. The spin dry works extremely well, and you really only have to hang most fabrics for 30 minutes max afterwards. It's pretty light without being filled, so you can move it anywhere you need. That being said, draining the water is difficult because you have to keep the machine higher than the drain pipe, which means lifting it when full of water and setting it up to drain. I'm sure there isn't really much anyone can do about this because, well, gravity. But if you don't want to or can't lift something that's 50lbs or more, you can drain into buckets from the floor. A little water will be left over, but this water is not mixed with any new water added for a new load, thanks to the draining function. The chord is a bit short, and you'll most likely need an extension cable or some reorganization. The directions get the general idea across, but could use information regarding weight limits, how to use the drain function, etc. Just more simple information for people that have never used or learned about a machine like this. It was pretty easy to figure out, though. It's a sturdy and useful machine for one or two people to keep things regularly clean without paying for laundry. You can wash around three outfits at once, and though you have to divide it out into the spin dry a little bit, it's only 5 minutes a spin and it works really well. I can't really find anywhere that states how much laundry detergent to use, but I use very little. Where you might use a full capful for a large load in a washer, with this you'd only really need enough to cover the bottom of the cap. You do get a little bit of lint on your clothes, especially if you have pets, but after drying it falls off pretty easily. As a summary, it's a really good and useful machine with a kind seller. It's light but not recommended for the elderly or impaired. It's easy to figure out, and it's perfect if you live in an apartment, only need a few outfits and find it easier and more beneficial than paying for large loads of laundry. However, for bigger groups of roommates or families, if shared, it might not be ideal. ... show more

This machine is great for small loads. It washes clothes VERY well. I bought this as a gift for a friend who lives alone. He had no washer or dryer in his apartment. You should expect to pour the water in the reservoir unless you have a shower with the shower head on a hose. Expect to use it in a bathtub, or right next to a floor drain, or outside. In the bathtub works best, straight out of the box. However, if you are handy and have the time to go to the hardware, you can get hoses and fittings to attach it to any water supply/drain that you like. The hoses that are supplied are simply useless. I still say 5 stars because it washes and spins the living crap out of your clothes. It will only do a few pieces at a time, but they get super clean. It took dirt out that a full size did not. And, it is the same quality as the more expensive brands, as far as I can see. Well worth the $. ... show more

Things to Keep in Mind: Just a couple of things to note, the hose attachment might not fit all faucets. Unfortunately, there isn’t a separate attachment from the manufacturer. So, you might need to fill it up with a bucket. But that’s a small trade-off for this machine’s handy size and function! It works best when the water level covers your clothes. And remember, a little detergent goes a long way. Half a tablespoon should do the trick. If you use too much, you might find extra soap on your clothes. Lastly, this machine is best for small items. Great for emergencies, small spaces, or if you just dont either accumulate a large amount of laundry or dont really soil your clothing that bad. My wife does the former, i the latter. She loves it. Had one before, but we came up on a full sized one. Life happens and so it's the little life for us again. And She STILL LOVES IT! ... show more
