    • You get what you pay for... But what else were you expecting?
Overall, this does exactly what it says it does: provides a Bluetooth connection, drives a pair of passive speakers, and has working controls for volume, tone, and bass. Compared to other ones in the same price range, I picked this model because it has Bluetooth and the power adapter is included in the price. I'm using it to drive speakers that were otherwise collecting dust, and it's performing as well as I had hoped for. Doesn't sound as good as my SMSL (also considered a "cheap" amp but $100+) and it hisses when the volume knob is set high (I turned this one down and maxed out the volume on my phone instead). It's compact, but boy, does it pack a punch! Driving my massive old speakers, it's given my TV sound a new lease on life - and at a fraction of the cost of those fancy sound bars. Plus, jamming to Spotify from my phone has never been this crisp. The tone range? Impeccable. Bluetooth and audio inputs? Seamless. My only tiny gripe? This little amp is easy to set up and pair. I used it in conjunction with an old cell phone to provide music to an outdoor Christmas display. It can drive a variety of speakers. It works great.

This thing is great ! For the price you can't beat it. I had a Chanzon 12V 3A UL listed power pack that I used instead of the 2A it came with and hooked up a pair of Klipsch R-14M speakers and it sounds amazing !!! I can crank it up to 3/4's of the way without distortion. Crystal clear sound and great bass. Bluetooth is not that bad considering there is no antenna. For $20 dollars is basically free ! Looked at some of the one star complaining about the blue light ? Come on, it's not bright at all and if it bothers you that much don't look at it ! People spend $20 dollars on an amp then want to complain about it like it was $2000 dollars, get a life !!! ... show more

I did not test the bluetooth connectivity as it was not necessary for my application. I connected this to a M2 Pro Mac Mini through a headphone to RCA adapter to power a set of Monoprice surround sound speakers I found in a thrift store. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality was clear and I detected no background hiss at low volumes. It also came with both a power brick and a barrel jack with a pigtail to run it off a 12 volt source. So, if this fits your needs, it's not a bad sounding amp. ... show more
