This little amp is great. The fan is pretty quite, you can only hear it up to about 3ft away, and if no music is playing. If you have music on at even the lowest volume you can't hear the fan at all. The controls work well and as expected, the song advance or back worked with my BT player just fine. It has plenty of power, I never got much past half volume, which was plenty. If you have more demanding speakers you may go just a bit further. Sound is clear and precise, even at elevated volumes the sound and bass held tight. The BT range is great, I could go over 30ft away thru my house with walls and a Furnas in-between and it never lost connection. You do need to assemble the bottom and top plates yourself, but it just takes about 5 min. The screwdriver they supplied didn't work very well with the fasteners they give you, so I just used one of my own small screwdrivers. I used a 24vdc supply that is rated at 10A, and this worked very well. If you think you will need more power go for the full 36v supply. I had this cranked up for quite some time, over an hour, and the amp never got even warm, the fan is on all the time so it never has a chance. My supply did get fairly warm so it was definitely drawing some current. Boy, for this price, you can't go wrong.

This is a simple little amp. There were no instructions included, but it wasn’t too terribly difficult to build (yes, you need to build this yourself). Really should’ve included some sort of direction though. The description of this model clearly states that it has “Treble and Bass control. More functions on the APP”. This absolutely does not have treble & bass control & nothing was provided in terms of an app link or anything. Those statements are completely false & these features do not exist. Also, no power supply is included. Just a barrel cable that you need to find a plug for yourself & wire it up. While the amp does function after gathering everything needed & figuring it out, it does not have the features mentioned & I absolutely do not recommend it.

Amplifier has plenty of output power for most uses, connects easily to bluetooth or with auxiliary in. Tone/Bass/Treble controls would be nice - but the higher models have this as a feature instead. It didn't really save too much space for shipping, so it's curious why it comes disassembled... not difficult to put together, unless your fingers can't control tiny screws.

Initial impressions: Powerful and loud amp!! Strong Bass and clean Highs. Test was done with a 20v @ 5amp power supply (Not included) and an 8Ohm load. It was very loud at power up, so much so that I thought I was overdriving the input. The volume was set low say 2/10. Hmmm After a bit, I discovered that the 'jog dial' (to the right of the volume knob) works like a trim/gain knob on a line mixer. Very Cool! Especially for those that like to tinker. After I made the adjustments I was able to audition a few songs and was pleasantly surprised with the overall output and sound of this amp. A few things to note. This Amp does not include a power supply. It also requires a little bit of assembly. It also does not come with a manual. However, assembly is intuitive and operation seems straight forward too, but perhaps an online manual as reference would be a nice touch. I love these 'chip amps' and either own or have owned several. They are neat little pieces of gear and can can be used power a wide range of projects. Such as: In-Wall or Ceiling speakers. Patio/Deck speakers. DIY soundbar/stereo speaker pair OR to simply give an old set of speakers a new lease on life.
