This arrived today and I immediately put it together. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the tool box, the drawer slides, and overall appearance. I really only have two complaints about this box. 1, it comes with a very thin wrench to put the caster wheels on which is great. My issue is the wrench has two different size ends on it which makes sense if both sizes have use for assembling this box. For shipping, the small top toolbox is bolted inside the lower box and you have to remove the bolts from underneath. I assumed the other end of the wrench would fit these bolts but it does not. It appears the other end of this wrench has no purpose for this tool box set. 2, This is my biggest issue with this toolbox. Both the top and bottom boxes lock which is nice, but this is the first toolbox that I have ever bought where the top and bottom boxes use different keys. I would expect this if I had bought them separately but since this is a single set that is sold and shipped together, the key should be the same. This resulted in the first thing I did after assembling this toolbox was I went and spent another $13 to buy a pair of matching locks so I can replace these locks with a pair that uses the same key. This is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 stars as to me, this is a big oversight for a set. Also, while it does not affect function in any way as it is a cosmetic thing and may not bother most people, there is a side panel which must be removed to be able to remove the smaller box, this panel, while painted red, is NOT the same shade of red as the rest of the tool box. It is a few shades darker. Again, this may not bother most people and honestly once this is in my shop, I likely won’t ever notice but looking it all over during assembly for a review, it’s jumping out at me quite a bit.

As soon as I opened this tool box I noticed that there was some damage to it. I work with metal so I didn't mind, I was planning on knocking out the dents and straightening up some of the panels, but then I got it put together and realized that it was missing the containers and the hooks. I requested a return, was granted one, and received the refund promptly. There was a lot of communication on Amazons part which was refreshing. Great customer service. But as far as this purchase was concerned I was completely disappointed. I would've been able to over look the damage, although it's nice to receive an undamaged product when purchasing something new, but couple that with missing parts? I couldn't keep it. This tool box is not sturdy at all. It's no wonder it was delivered damaged. If you're intending on using a box in a shop setting, I'd recommend you keep scrolling and find a different one to purchase. This box is more for the home, or for as a play set.

After attempting to put the bottom door on we realized that the tool box was not correctly measured and is off by a quarter inch all the way around preventing the door from being able to shut or lift up and slide to where it should go. We measured the length of the sides of the bottom amd those were also off by a quarter inch. The entire thing looks crooked.
