Was really excited about this bra, but it did not fit. My breasts are not shaped for full-cup bras, which is why I chose this one. But it is not a half cup bra. It is full-cup, and not the same as the picture.

Size: (40-Medium) 40C Color: Blue (Saphir)
To me, Aubade is perfection. I usually wear a 38C. This time I tried a 40C and found out it was a plus size and the design changed. So, if you don't know, I am here to tell you that in the larger sizes, you get a bit more cup coverage, the straps are twice as wide and the band is twice as deep (there are four hooks rather than two, which is a bit fiddly in my opinion). I am only a C cup, so I don't really need these features, although they don't bother me per se. I know they are fantastic for people with a heavier bosom, so please be aware this is a great option for the well endowed. I am a bit big through the rib cage, and I can wear the 38 fine. I can also wear the 40, it's just different. These are marvelous bras. Unlined and thin (I live in a hot country and I am heavier than I like, although not buxom, and I do not like to add volume to my upper half). Wonderfully supportive in a way you don't feel. I don't, anyway. I have had welts from bras, so trust me, when I say Aubade is comfortable, it really is. In ways you don't expect a little, lacey confection with underwires to be. Nothing else to say. If you are questioning whether this bra is worth the higher price (compared to, say Warners) it is. The design is really superior, it is beautiful and does a fantastic job. Of course, the lace is there. And can be seen through a t-shirt. So there is a place for sports bras and t-shirt bras. But these are really my go-to for any blouse, most patterned tops and anything that is not too thin. ... show more
