a while back i bought this and it was good turned on with the first crank only thing i need to change was the idle scew to make it sound better and not bogg and turn off but other than that it took less than a hour to install.

came as described, easy hook up and works great. ignore the reviews saying it overflows, they hooked up their gas lines wrong. only reason for not giving 5 stars is the bikes top speed is SIGNIFICANTLY slower with this carb. after 1 ride i opted to clean the old one and go back to it, leaving this in my garage for a spare. good value for money, but not a great performance carb.

I bought a 2021 Ace Power 125cc ATV "Quad" (Chinese brand) for my 8 year old daughter. I bought it new from a dealer. From day 1, it was never very impressive. The selling dealer tried to work with me to make it run better and installed 3 different carburetors in an attempt to improve the performance. I appreciated the dealer's efforts but the final result was less than impressive. Mind you, I have high expectations when it comes to motorsports (I personally ride a Hayabusa and I am a retired Highway Patrol motorcycle operator). One year into ownership with about 30 hours of ride time, the motor on my daughter's ATV would no longer run unless the choke was fully closed, and the performance / throttle response was awful. I installed this new carburetor, which bolted right up to the "intake manifold" (which is basically just a curved pipe). No modifications were necessary, the whole process took about 20 minutes. Amazingly, the engine fired up on the 2nd push of the starter button, without engaging the choke. I found the idle was a bit high, so the only adjustment I made was to lower the idle by a few hundred RPM. The motor runs amazingly smooth now. The throttle response is incredible and the top speed increased by 5mph. My daughter has only put about 3 hours of riding time on the ATV since I installed this carburetor, but so far, so good. As an added bonus, she is now able to start the motor by herself every time she gets on it. No choke required. She just hits the starter button and it fires up on the first attempt every time. Also, she is now able to ride it immediately upon start up. No more waiting for the engine to "warm up" and no hesitation when giving it throttle. I would definitely recommend this carburetor for a 125cc "Chinese" ATV. Time will tell if this carburetor holds up, but for less than $20, I will probably purchase a few extra to keep on hand and consider it part of "Preventative Maintenance", just like changing the oil and spark plug. And..... it even comes with a fuel filter and air filter assembly!

70 cc pit bike started right up and ran good for about a month then started sputtering. I never put gas without fuel stabilizer so it can’t be old gas. On top of this the idle screw rusted in so bad he stripped out with a screwdriver and when I tried and tried to adjust it just broke on me

This was a perfect fit for our little 125cc tao tao 4 wheeler. Bolted on and started right up. I did have to adjust the mixture screw to get it to run perfect, but that's extremely simple to do. Just turn the screw in until the engine starts running rough, then back it out again until it starts running rough, then find the best spot between those two points. Also adjusted the idle just a tad too. Engine starts instantly now and runs smooth! No complaints, especially for the price!
