- Shields operators from chips and coolant while keeping quill, drawbar, and head accessible: Ram-mount leaves the entire head area open for quill operations. Addresses OSHA 1910.212 for milling machines. Fits Bridgeport and most knee mills.
- Articulating arm locks in any position so you set it once and work: Heavy-duty steel handles orient 360 degrees and hold position under continuous milling. Front arm swings 180 degrees open for setup and part changes.
- 6061 billet aluminum frame with PPG OSHA Safety Orange powder coat: T-slot extrusion handles coolant-heavy production environments without corroding. T-slot accepts work lights and coolant nozzle accessories.
- Ready to install on most Bridgeport and compatible ram profiles: ATS provides hardware for common ram geometries. Contact ATS with your machine make and model if non-standard. For head-mount installation, see the MG-2 instead.
- Backed by a 1-year warranty, and only the Lexan shield ever needs replacing: The 6061 aluminum frame outlasts the mill and is a permanent fixture. Replacement Lexan shields stocked at ATS. Interlocked version MG-3-SK1 also available.
