I ordered the 1 1/2 inch blue ribbon and it is beautiful. The color is bright and vibrant and it has a glossy sheen. The roll is 50 yards long so I think that it is a very affordable way to make your gifts look extra special. This ribbon doesn't have a wired edge so that makes it a little more difficult to tie a perfect bow but it also makes it more versatile. (I have had many occasions where the ribbons I tied on presents had a second life as hair ties for little girls.) The ribbon also seems to be thick and doesn't have any stretch even when pulling which would make it a good choice for flower making and folding.

I’m honestly speechless at the quality of this satin ribbon. Buying ribbon off Amazon can be a huge hit or miss especially when it comes to getting ribbons for homecoming braids. I’ve ordered no less than 6 satin ribbon colors this past week and they all required hair spray or hair straightening to stiffen them up. When you cut them they frayed apart and had to be burned at the ends. This one; did not. It has an acetate back on the satin. It’s stiff. It doesn’t fray apart. I can cut through it with scissors without it flopping all over the place. Will 10000% be buying this brand again.

I ordered the 1 - 1/2" ivory colored, single-faced satin ribbon. I decided on the ivory since it would go with about everything. Another reason is that I often like white or ivory bows on gifts and I can't find the pre-made gift bows anymore?! This is very nice quality ribbon, has a very nice feel and sheen. Priced at $9 for 50 yards, when ordering, this is a good value and I highly recommend this ribbon and would order it again.

If you're looking for high quality satin ribbon, this is the one you want. It's beautifully shiny, thick ribbon that will make beautiful packages for Christmas or other holidays. When I saw it I thought of my grandmother, who threw nothing away if it could be used again. And this is absolutely the kind of ribbon that she would save and iron (yes, iron) and use again. It can also be used to make decorations, like bows for Christmas trees. And at about $10 for FIFTY YARDS, it's a very good value. It's impressive ribbon at a great price. Very happy to have it.
