You need a lot of patience when working with any kind of adhesive film or vinyl wrap-type product and this is no exclusion. I put this in my 2010 Lexus IS250 AWD base sedan. When I bought my car, there was some burn marks on the dash/console from the previous owner and not wanting to spend a small fortune to replace it, I decided to jewel (clear/white rhinestone strips) it up with another product I got from another Amazon seller. Well, after a couple of New England summers, some of the stones began to fall off so when I saw this product, I opted to remove all of them which turned out to be another project in itself. Trying to line up the vinyl in a way that would best cover the console was a bit of a challenge but the biggest patience tester was cutting out the holes/openings for the buttons from the vinyl. Took me a couple of tries. There's a couple of wrinkles in the end result from the picture in the top-left corner which could be resulted from the curve of my console. I would just say, have patience and a lot of time to work with it.

As a professional installer, I can say this material is one I wouldnt use for something like a full wrap. It does not have air release like top brands. It is very easy to burn this material, so its important to lay it without stretching to avoid using the heat gun. The color is a bit different from the pictures but its still nice. The adheasive isnt very strong so re-positioning is very easy but I am worried about its longevity. All in all the color is great and so is the pattern. Can be easy to work with if you understand vinyl but a nightmare if you build any sort of tension. If you have to use the heatgun only do short passes to not burn the material. You constanly have to lift the film to remove small air bubbles that happen with any film due to the lack of air release tech. I would only buy this if you really want carbon fiber in this color shift.

The color is awesome, looks great in the car, however working with the material was not so great. The vinyl is quite stiff with little give. Using a heat gun works for a little extra stretch on non-flat surfaces, but wrinkles and folds like crazy. The adhesion for this product is garbage, unfortunately. Which defeats most of it's purpose. Edges started to peel up seconds after I'd lay them down, smoothing and heat wouldn't keep them flat, and after 24 hours on a moderately sunny day the edges are completely coming up. Even after I made sure to create a long edge to tuck underneath the panels! (1st photo shows peeling after 24 hours. Even the flat bits are now coming up at the edges - not pictured. 2nd a5ns 3rd photos are immediately after I finished wrapping the console bits. Looks great, but sad it didn't last long at all) SUMMARY: Do NOT buy. Unless you're planning on wrapping something completely flat and free from any changing temperatures (like a computer, laptop skin, phone case, etc.), this product won't do it for you. ππΌππΌ

Looks nice, but it's not exact to the photos. It's actually a tone darker so I wouldn't say that it deserves the 5 stars. Still a pretty nice product for decoration, but I wouldn't put it on thinking it'll attract a lot of attention especially since from far away you can barely tell the design

Used the purple & blue wrap on my extended monitor build. I have never worked with vinyl wrap before so I was a little intimidated. This was pretty easy to work with and I had no issues with bubbles. It didn't want to stick to places where my board and led screen didn't line up perfectly but I sealed it with epoxy to make it last longer anyway. I did notice that it is pretty unforgiving of blemishes. There was a sticker on the back of the MDF board that wasn't completely removed that I didn't think would be an issue under the wrap but you can clearly see it. Other than that, very cool wrap.
