I was expecting more. I bought this because Dr. G. spoke about Moroccan olive oil. He said, in so many words, that his olive oil was strong flavored. I find that this oil has a mild flavor. There is a slight bitter taste, a little fruity flavor, doesn’t taste green to me. But I am keeping it. It does seem to be a good olive oil. I prefer a stronger flavor.
