I’m so disappointed in this purchase and I can’t find a way to even get customer support. I bought this and concealed for about a month, to then give it as a surprise gift for my son. He was happy and spent time studying the directions to learn how to use it. The directions were convoluted and he struggled a lot to set the watch up. It was very difficult to control.
