I’m so disappointed in this purchase and I can’t find a way to even get customer support. I bought this and concealed for about a month, to then give it as a surprise gift for my son. He was happy and spent time studying the directions to learn how to use it. The directions were convoluted and he struggled a lot to set the watch up. It was very difficult to control. Then, the hands of the watch literally fell off. The watch is unable to be used. I do not recommend this watch and would like a refund! ... show more
