Quality packaging and easy assembly. Took at most an hour because my wife and I took our time building it. A lot of fun games and the art work on the cabinet is great. Speakers are not the greatest but that doesn't bother me. Unit has the option to connect online for additional games and online leaderboards. I haven't connected mine online but it has a save feature as well for most games which is awesome. Buttons and more importantly the roller ball and dial are great. Almost no resistance and easy to work. Just takes a bit to get used to using the joystick as a D pad for games like Tetris buts it's not bad at all. Overall it's a slam dunk for the money compared to other arcades that cost more. I'm very happy.

Happy with no damage during shipping, plus packaging was very nice and sturdy. The metal trim and marquee were nicely plastic wrapped to keep from scratches, easy to peel off, and they even put a permanent marker slash across the marquee to show you it's installed (to take it off!). Install took about 1hr taking my time. Plug-n-play makes this simple to get started having fun. We added it to our break room for employees to have some fun throughout the day. Screen quality is great! The overall height is good, but could probably use some risers. The button board is top notch with all buttons/spinner/etc easy to push with good rebound. The graphics on the sides were pre-installed (wrap) so that's a plus from old reviews I read about having to install yourself and having issues with scratches. These graphics were perfect.

Bought this system hoping for a great gaming experience. Unfortunately I received it and the main control panel did not work joysticks,buttons trackball spinners not working. I was able to activate an Xbox controller updated the firm ware still had mcu and BT version fail on system sent info to at games and wasn't able to send a Picture of failure. They make you go through a bunch of hoops to fix a problem they are well aware of. Many people have had the same problems and expressed the problem but still they make you go through bs to get it fixed or replaced. I am not paying for them to return.

The ALU is a awesome arcade. I had no problem with the delivery which arrived about 1 week earlier than anticipated and the parts and cab came in great shape. The arcade itself is very big in comparison to my Arcade1ups and the buttons and joystick feel a lot better as well. Set up is really simple, to build it and create an account took about 20mins total and it’s very easy to mod it to your liking. I have nothing negative to say about this cab, it’s an eye catcher and another fine addition to my collection. AtGames have really stepped their game up and I’ll be on the lookout for their pinball machine as well.

Received a defective one (which happens... I guess...) and could not get any online help or find anything on it in the FAQ. I followed the directions for reaching out to support, and it took them 4 days to respond. Once they responded, they were able to provide instructions for what seems like a common problem. The process was complicated, but I I got it to work and now it is awesome.

This is a great arcade system. It was very easy to assemble, very sturdy, and it’s set at a very great price. (9/18/22)(US) Lots of games to play, and you can plug your own pc or console into the system. Using blue tooth, you can use the arcade controls with your pc or console to play games. Tons of pinball options, 300 preloaded games, and the option to add additional games via coin-X.

Don't get me wrong; this thing is totally awesome and my husband has been wanting an arcade cabinet at home for years now. I ordered it through Amazon solely for the ability to have better tracking/feedback/support as the price was the same as directly through AtGames. Then just a few days later AtGames had a sale. When I contacted them asking if they'd honor the price drop and said they won't. We also discovered that they were including the pinball controllers if you ordered through them, and we asked about that as well and they also said they wouldn't honor that deal since we ordered through Amazon. AtGames is fulfilling the Amazon orders, so why be such jerks about things? There was also a huge bug (signal loss) right out of the box that we spent some time troubleshooting. It was, however, incredibly quick and easy to put together.

.included games are decent but With Coinopsx games added, you cant beat the capabilities of this machine compared to their competition. Decent online community. Only issue I had was with Fed Ex beating the crap out of the box. the unit is very well packaged, not sure what else atgames could do to protect the unit really. Mine had a smashed corner of the monitor enclosure, that Luckly is concealed once the unit is assembled. Other than that, plug and play and lots of retro goodness!
