UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered a refund AND a replacement. I declined the refund and they shipped my replacement quickly and it worked great! Mine arrived not working and Amazon wants me to send it back for a replacement. My options are to drive ~1 hour to the UPS drop off or spend $8 on UPS pickup.
