The media could not be loaded. What an OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT experience! The arcade unit arrived in PERFECT condition and earlier than anticipated! It was packaged (2 big boxes), in a great deal of protective material that prevented any flaws of any kind from occurring. I have purchased several arcade games ranging from oak barrel styles, 1ups, to a 1979 pinball machine (all of these are fun and fine) and THIS ONE is QUALITY built! Assembly required fastening the legs, placing the two major sections together & plugging the wires together. I used a YouTube site and found it so EASY. I’m a 73 year-old lady and did the entire assembly by myself. I also purchased the topper from this company… again, OUTSTANDING in every regard. . It works perfectly… I’m not techy-savvy so I’ll play basic ones and be a happy camper. This experience was FLAWLESS and PERFECT!!! AtGames was a WONDERFUL support as they helped me download games & offer intelligent, patient & kind support! I was confused & struggling with the tech aspects (my fault). Worst experience with this manufacturer. They do not respond. Item was damaged upon receipt. I immediately sent pictures to manufacturer. They responded once and now no response in a week. I want to send it back but how do I know I’ll get refunded. On top of that the two months of free pinballnet isn’t showing up so even if I was to keep this thing broken I didn’t receive what was supposed to be included in the purchase. ... show more
