1. Aesthetics: Beautiful. I'm very glad that I chose this off-white with the red escape button. The text on the one key is a little less legible due to it using the same grey lettering as the others, but on red. It's inconsequential to me as there is no possibility for mistaking it for another key. 2. Hardware: Almost seventeen and a half inches, somewhat larger than I had expected but that's because I use a laptop. On first use, the space key would stick after being pressed and needed pulling up. I observed from the side and the little rigs underneath were slanted. Applied gentle pressure, upwards where it slanted down and visa versa, and it was an easy fix. Other than that, keys are very responsive. Produce a lovely sound ---- you can find videos showing this type of keyboard with rounded keys, which is how I knew about this feature before buying. 3. Notes to laptop users on this format of keyboard: The interface or spacing may be slightly different, so purely relying on muscle memory may not produce perfect results. If you place it so the main body (the letters) is in front of you, the part with the arrow keys and number pad (much more ergonomic than having numbers lined up on top) will extend to the right, potentially affecting the amount of space you will have for a mouse. You may have to lift your fingers higher after pressing a key, than you would on a laptop keyboard, to avoid touching the surrounding keys. I find typing with my fingertips rather than the pads of my fingers to help with this. ... show more

I’m starting a new work from home job and wanted to get a new keyboard with a number pad. I’d been eyeing this typewriter style for awhile, and decided to get it. It looks really nice and works well. I bought the cream keyboard with the red ESC key. I've had it in my cart for months now and I finally bit the bullet! I LOVE IT! The price point is good and it feels amazing. I bought it to have at my office - which I share with two other people - and it's not crazy loud. My coworker even mentioned today he didn't even notice me typing. I love this keyboard! I have issues with flat key style keyboards, like with laptops and such. This is so much more comfortable and I can key faster without accidentally hitting the wrong keys. Even the clickety-clack is cute! I got the Milk Tea color. It's more of a peachy beige with keys in brown, pale pink, beige and blush - think favorite nude lipstick palette.
