This is the first waist trainer I have ever bought! The trainer itself fits wonderfully! Usually, all other ones I’ve looked into seemed like they would be too big or wouldn’t even fit. I’m a tiny person so I already have a small waist. Unfortunately, due to my sensitive skin, it gave me rashes so I’ve stopped using it. I thought it was a waste of money since I couldn’t continue using it. BUT!! The seller reached out to me asking about the item. I didn’t even try contacting them. I told them the issue I had and they sent me another kind at no charge. Although, it turned out to be a little bit bigger than I hoped. So, I asked if they wanted me to return it. They said it’s okay and that I could keep it and give it to a friend or family. To me, that type of customer service deserves five stars regardless if their product worked for me or not. It’s unfortunate that I have sensitive skin and it didn’t work out well as I would hope. But the seller tried to make the issue better by offering a different option.
