Definitely do NOT size down! The measurements are very accurate so make sure you actually get the size according to that and not what you normally fit in. Very sturdy and comfortable trainer. It’s not itchy or pokey anywhere. It looks very pretty on, really snatches the waist and the overall design of it is simple. This is by far one of my favorites over the zipper kinds or the actual corsets with strings. It also came with an extender. It fits firm everywhere, under the boob and down to the waist line. The adhesive straps are very good quality and don’t let loose anywhere. They truly work to do that extra tightening you want. The bones are supportive but honestly even without them, just the quality of this trainer alone has very good back support.

So I read over 100 reviews - had to really search to find someone that was at least my height and close to my weight before I made a decision on what to buy! My waist is 34" and I was given an XL Faja as part of my surgery pkg that I purchased. I was already on the tightest row but it was causing a lot of issues with my incisions and just going to the bathroom was a Hot Mess! (Don't ask lol) Anyway - I'm very short waisted so I needed something that would fit and not bunch up and do what its supposed to do. I did purchace the velcro (Lg) and the zipper (XL) versions. I knew the zipper would be tighter and more restrictive/supportive so I got the larger size based off the measurements and reviews. There were "A Lot" of reviews that said Size Down- Please Do Not Do that! Its definitely TRUE TO SIZE. I am thankful that it came with the extention or I would have had to send both of them back. Today is my 1st day wearing the Velcro one with the extender on the last hook! Its SUPER SNUG! Not sure that I will be able to wear it all day just yet! My surgeon said I an healing really quickly so this is mainly for some extra support while my stomach muscles finish healing and start getting stronger again. I dont think I will need another size with all the different hooks that I can use to sinch it up. 7" with 9 Bones & Zipper - (XL) -Even with the extender on it (2nd set of hooks) I can not pull it close enough together to zip it up - I'm going to return that one! I would definitely Size UP if you are looking at that one. I will update in a couple days/weeks so that you can have a true Idea of what this will be like for your circumstances. This waist trainer is super comfortable, it’s well built for the price. Im basically all leg, my hips come up super high, and I’ve tried regular length waist trainers and corsets before— they always stab into my hips and my ribs. But this thing fits soooo much better. I got a Large but I BARELY got it on. I’m a pear shape, my waist is 34” but I had to suck in, scoot it up right under my boobs to zip it, then scoot it down my stomach after it was zipped. But I can still breathe! DO NOT SIZE DOWN especially because it is basically not stretchy at all. With a fit this tight upon zipping, the Velcro strap basically doesn’t do anything extra for me. But it might for you! I personally wouldn’t do any cardio in this, I feel like it doesn’t have enough stretch to allow proper air inhalation if you were huffing and puffing. I might consider going to work with it on, but definitely for lounging, walking, and more chill activities. Also keep in mind, a waist trainer won’t make the fat disappear, I find that from the front, I look great— my waist looks snatched, hourglass, body TEAAAAA. But from the side, I feel like I’m wider front to back. In other words, the illusion of less booty. But that goes for ALL waist trainers. They just shift the fat.

Well made and comfortable but at the same time strong, stays in place. Runs small. I purchased a size S first and wish they had sent along an attachment as seen in photo to make it a tiny, tiny bit bigger( it fit but I was struggling too much to put it on) so I had to send it back and ordered size M. Size M came with the extra attachment but it won't be necessary. It fits perfectly. Tight and with a good pressure around the waist. It's super well made and feels EXPENSIVE. Slimtum $130 waist trainer quality level. Mine has the band which is better for working out as well.

I have scoliosis and teach pottery classes so my back has been pretty messed up. I needed a brace that kept me from slouching and hunching over while teaching. This waist trainer was it. It’s tight on my torso and I love the straps because I can tighten the bottom one to give me better lower back support. The quality of it is amazing for the price. I’m seriously impressed. I wear it everytime I teach and I teach 4 times a week so it’s being put to use and is holding up great. Better than any other waist trainer on the market seriously.

I have been using waist trainers for years and tried several different brands. This is by far my favorite. I would have to replace my waist trainers about yearly as they would stretch out and lose their shaping ability over time. This trainer is notably firm and supportive. The ability to cinch your waist even further with the straps allows you to achieve the slimming capabiliites and hourglass shape I haven't found in other products. It also eases tension on the hooks, ensuring it will maintain its shape and durability far longer than competitiors.
