I purchased this because I needed a less bulky alternative to a back brace that I could wear under clothing. I am on my feet all day at work and get really bad lower back pain. This provides good support and isn’t nearly as visible as a support brace. Plus it is much tighter than even XS back braces I have tried. It doesn’t give too much of an hourglass effect but my torso and hips are extremely rectangular. I am 5’7” and 105lbs and the small is tight but it comes with a panel that adds a few more inches making it more comfortable for everyday wear. Today I’m 34 1/4 inches 👍🏾🎉😁 This is the 6th Faja I’ve ordered … THIS IS IT!!! Great fit! Perfect sculpting! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shaper! I ordered an XL. Based on the measurements I should have ordered XXL … Nope! I could not have measured a better fit. I did not need the extender, AT ALL! I’m next to the last fitting. Im about 5f, 63kg. Pettie size. 1. About size I have kind of chubby middle part and my measurememt was 35", i ordered 2XL. It was ok for comfortably wear. But it fits the smallest hooks, because its stretch. So i might have to order soon for 1XL. Very kind to give me extension as well. If i order 1XL might be ok with the last hooks. Also use extension comes with. 2. Texture Very smooth, anti sleepery kind material, light weight. Very comfy to work out wearing it on. 3. It baffles me that this product is made with itchy fabric on the inside (the fabric that covers the steel bones). It is supposed to be worn tightly on the skin for hours at a time. But the interior fabric is not ideal for that purpose. It is itchy and quite irritating to the skin. After a few hours I cannot stand it any longer and have to stop wearing it. Which defeats the whole purpose of the item. Disappointing. Other than that, this is a good product. Bought this brand bc my usual wasn't available for a MONTH! I needed it NOW, not in 30 days. At first I was a little skeptical because it seemed like it might be too short as it is shorter than my regular cincher I wear for back support before and after surgery. But it's fine. The color is great under summer clothes and the cutouts make it breathable! My only confusion was the extender...I don't know if I was sent the wrong size or if this is this sellers normal practice? I don't remember seeing it in the description or reviews, but it came in handy since I was transitioning from a XXL to XL, so...win win. ... show more
