Still 5 stars. From reading other reviews, some people have mentioned that the hooks are very difficult to put on and remove. They were for me as well. Solution: I used a small screwdriver (be very careful) on the hook side to loosen the hook. If I had not done that, I would have given 0 stars for sheer frustration! Original review: I bought and returned several waist trainers. They were too rigid, too flexible with no support, or just too uncomfortable. This one is rigid enough to give me support, but flexible to be comfortable, I actually wear it most of the day without issues. I actually forget I have it on. I found this waist cincher extremely comfortable. I don't even feel like I have it on. I first bought a medium, then returned it for a large. It did come with extra hooks. I purchased this because I needed a less bulky alternative to a back brace that I could wear under clothing. I am on my feet all day at work and get really bad lower back pain. This provides good support and isn’t nearly as visible as a support brace. Plus it is much tighter than even XS back braces I have tried. It doesn’t give too much of an hourglass effect but my torso and hips are extremely rectangular. I am 5’7” and 105lbs and the small is tight but it comes with a panel that adds a few more inches making it more comfortable for everyday wear. I ordered my correct size according to waist, it was so off that I ordered 3 sizes up. Extremely stiff hard fabric bends all over when fitted. Don’t waste your time and money. I returned all of them.

I wasn’t able to wear it for one minute. I tried to stretch it (pull it to the sides) and it was impossible. I figured it wasn’t gonna stretch any different if i tried to put to it on. My sister got one and did she tries hers on and after a few muy of struggle I personally felt tired. Lol. It enhanced her upper, kinda arm pit rolls and and lower hip rolls. I returned mine.
