Hello, I gave the chair to my son as a gift because he just graduated as a Massage Therapist. The color is beautiful and the chair seems sturdy. The only thing I do not like is that the head part keeps falling and folding down, This part is not stable and can be a potential hazard to a client and not good for my son who will be starting out. It will do in a pinch and it looks good, but the whole face falling down thing sucks and it is pretty rickety, like it feels unstable. I guess the frame just isn't sturdy? Spend the extra money, js. I wish I had gotten one from massage warehouse.

The media could not be loaded. This chair is very excellent quality than others. Soft touch and comfortable. Relaxation a 5☆ star. This chair was very quickly to assemble. A very nice carry bag came with this item. Easy to adjust and put away. I bought this massage chair because it plainly looks stronger than the others. It's a higher price and top quality. Just came today and I noticed the bar where the knees go is bent. Started to assemble and it's not noticable once you sit on the chair so I think I can get away with it and not order a replacement. It's still comfortable and that part locks into place so the legs aren't sliding. Update: Finally got it all out together and the chest piece doesn't lock into place; the screw on the adjustment piece doesn't fit. The only reason I'm not asking for a replacement now is because they're out of stock and I have an upcoming event where I need the chair, so I don't have time. ... show more

It's been good so far. Bought it in a pinch while I researched other more expensive chairs because I had events coming up. Pros it's affordable, love the color options, fairly light. Cons facerest I felt was a bit thin and wasn't as adjustable on the holder itself (several clients said their chin would hit the bar), there is no locking mechanism/strap while chair is in folded position to easily put back in bag, strap for bag is weird as it doesn't allow for easy carrying. ... show more

Great chair, but the screw was missing that keeps the head piece in place. The box had a hole in it. I’ll contact the seller after the holidays to get a replacement one. But otherwise great chair!

I'm sure this is a good massage chair... but for the price and the quick shipment, it was PERFECT for recovering from retinal detachment surgery. During this recovery period of ~ 6 weeks, the patient must keep his/her head parallel to the ground for 95% of the day. Sitting on the couch in this position lasted 10 minutes. Lying in bed facedown - slightly longer. This allowed us to put an screen on the armrest and stay entertained, relax back muscles, and retain the correct position for healing. ... show more
