  • Nice and nice phone
Nice and nice phone, buy it for a Christmas gift. the phone came sealed in original box brand new. came with an unlock code which used it here in Venezuela to try. and unlocked well. just insert SIM card Movistar asks you to insert unlock code and ready !!, use it for a while to see how it was and work well, lift 4G LTE. the seller wholesale2323 indicated the instructions to unlock and ready !! is AT & T original, it brings applications from that operator but for a 16GB internal memory phone (9.5 for the user), I do not think I have problems downloading applications from play store because I like that amount very well. I think it's a good phone and at that price I think it's very good. ... show more

  • We liked the Phoenix 2 so we expect the Phoenix 3 will be similar to use and in performance
This is a good phone for older people since the fonts can be made large enough to be seen by our older, more experienced eyes. For the price of this phone, we are happy with what it is capable of doing. While we are careful with it, damage can happen so we have a lower stress level than if we spent hundreds of dollars like some folks do. We don't have insurance on it, its cheap enough, so low stress. ... show more

  • Why did I go with LG?
This phone has a number of quirks that I thought I'd be able to get over because I just want it for an mp3 player, but there's "okay" and then there's "all of these together are annoying". First, the power button is on the back of the phone. I didn't even know that's what it was when I first saw it, and then when I couldn't figure out how to turn it on, I thought, "Maybe I should try that weird thing below the camera viewfinder." Sure enough. The second thing is something I try to avoid, but wasn't watching carefully, and that's the lack of a physical home button (which is popular now). If there's no home button, then the other buttons won't be on the bezel, either. I thought I could put up with it on something I wasn't using as a phone, but... You can't delete certain icons from the home screen. I suppose I could've put them all in a folder on some unused screen somewhere, but that's pretty annoying. Plus, I generally disable the default mail app, as I use a different one and don't need notifications popping up from every which way--even if I can turn them off. (I think...maybe LG won't let you do that, either.) It's kind of sad that I dislike this so much, because my very first cell was an LG flip-phone back in the day. But those days are long gone. ... show more

  • Durable, Reliable Phone
Even though this phone won't work with other carriers other than AT&T, it is still a great phone. I no longer use AT&T but connect it to my wireless and use it as a tablet.

  • I ordered new and I got used
I ordered new and it came used. It worked is the only thing I’m happy about, but I thought I was getting brand new for that price.

  • Great product.
I had my last cell phone for longer than a year - it broke and I am happy with this replacement. I simply inserted my ATT sim card. It saved time and money.
