This charger is a hit and miss when it comes to charging, frequently a miss. I look to see that I have less battery charge after leaving the phone on the platform. I thought maybe it was the case I was using but taking the case off doesn't matter. I don't recommend this charger.

I've had this for about a year. It works well charging but, you have to make sure you set your phone in the right spot and that it shows it's charging. At first, I just sat my phone on it and went to bed to find my phone dead in the morning. Just make sure it's charging before you leave the phone there. ... show more

Charges quickly for a wireless charger, at about 8W peak but goes down to 2W as the phone heats up, which it definitely does. Seems sturdy and the phone surface is a bit grippy. Like that it's USB-C. It does get a bit hot but my phone reports around 110-112 degrees which is considered moderately warm. Edit - Thought it was keeping my phone hot after hitting 100% but I suspect I just happened to wake up early as the phone was hitting 100% in anticipation of me waking. This charger is simply unreliable. Set the phone down on it and it lights up, and shows charging and the green light - then it stops flashing at all. Not green nor red - just nothing. Like it's turned off. I can leave a phone on it for hours and it might have gotten a couple percentage of a charge. It's like it needs constant wake up to charge again. Tried with my phone in the case and without - different phone - different cable...unreliable. Sometimes it works but at this time, I haven't figured out what it is because it's just intermittent and unreliable no matter the wall source of phone used. I have about decided to just get rid of it and use the cable instead. ... show more

excellent product with a fast charge. This is the second one we own. Nothing wrong with the first one, we just wanted the convenience of a second unit that the wife can use. It eliminates the connection issues that occasionally happen with a plug in charging cord.
