I bought quite a few essential oils that are supposed to help with sleep because I’ve been struggling to go to sleep and stay asleep for the past week and im ready to not feel like a zombie!! I let some friends know that I was going to do some more thorough reviews of different highly rated and inexpensive essential oil blends for sleeping so they don’t have to. If it’s of any interest to you, I’m also reviewing the other products I purchased at this time, so you can check out my other reviews if this is helpful: nature’s truth brand 2.4oz “good nite” scent; juniper mist brand 4oz “sleep smudge spray”; plant therapy brand 10ml roll on “sweet slumber” scent; gya labs everyday care brand 10ml roll on “bedtime” scent; maple holistics brand 10ml roll on “dream” scent; and woolzies brand 3x10ml “sleep tight collection.” At first, because I don’t love the scent of lavender (it is fine, but not all that and a bag of chips for me like some other people feel), I wasn’t really super interested in the scent… But then, when I was up all night and unable to fall asleep, I figured I would give it a try and honestly I love it. It is fresh and strong enough that you can use just one spritz if you don’t like a lot of scent and can use multiple spritz if you like a stronger scent. Put it on my pillow and on my egg stuffed animal that I hold onto sometimes when I am trying to sleep to keep my hands busy, which brought the scent closer to me from different directions. Doesn’t take over the room when you spray it on your pillow, so it’s great for if you have dogs and don’t want them to be breathing in a bunch of essential oils, or if other people who share the room don’t really want to be smelling too much of what you are smelling. I am working on getting this into my nighttime routine so my hope is that over time I will train my body to associate this smell/product with going to sleep and that will make it easier to fall and stay asleep. My fiancé loved the scent and he is totally cool with me using it in bed next to him… he really loves lavender! Definitely a good product for adults and kids alike, and even if you don’t love the scent of lavender, I would highly suggest you try it out if you are OK with the scent of lavender. Bottle is pretty big and I think it will last a while, and especially for this price I will definitely buy some additional ones… Likely before this one runs out just in case they stop making this product! Kind of like when you find a good pair of pants and you want to buy more than one pair so that you know you have back up pairs for when you need to replace it. Great!! ... show more

Not only did i get a good product but a nice email with some creative tips on using it! Calms me down and gives me a good nights rest! I used to buy essential oils but this is definitely better and cheaper in the long run!

I love Asutra's mist your mood sprays, but I ordered Lavender & Chamomile which I did not receive. Instead, I was sent Peppermint & Rosemary. Really wanted to try the Lavender & Chamomile spray. Bummer . . .

I have been having some issues with anxiety at night and falling asleep was a challenge. This scent is very calming and has definitely calmed my nerves so I can better sleep.

Super great lavender spray, I use it on my pillows nightly right before bed. The aroma is strong initially but fades a bit in the first couple of minutes, then gradually throughout the night. I recommend spraying some on the top of your blanket and on the bedsheet by your pillow for the best results and longevity. ... show more

This is the second time purchasing this product. I chose the lavender and chamomile fragrance. Lavender being my favorite scent. It is light, it’s not heavy, and leaves a wonderful aroma to the space you use it in. I feel myself relaxing as I spray it. I have used it on my bedding and no stain.

I was expecting a more floral or lavender smell. But, the product smells more like tea not bad if you like a strong tea smell but not soothing for trying to fall asleep.
