This review is for the 21.5" 1080p monitor. For $90 this was a great buy. I bought this as a second monitor to improve productivity and it works great for that purpose. If you're trying to buy a primary monitor for gaming, movies, etc., I would honestly recommend saving up a little bit more for something better. The refresh rate can make all the difference and 75Hz just doesn't quite cut it in my opinion, at least for gaming. For a main monitor I would look for something 144Hz or higher. In addition, 22 inches is about the largest I would go at 1080p before upgrading to 1440p or higher. However, as a second or backup monitor this is great. It's very bare bones - out of the box you'll receive the monitor, stand, power cable and an HDMI cable. You don't need tools or even the manual to set it up and it should take you no more than 5 minutes. There is one port each for HDMI, VGA, and Display port so you should have no problems connecting to it with a modern GPU, but make sure you have the correct cables available since it only comes with HDMI. The color is decently accurate. Using the 5 buttons on the monitor you're able to select from a variety of presets as well as customize your display settings but I believe it looks just as nice as my Gigabyte G27Q. The monitor can tilt but is not height adjustable, and to be honest is a little wobbly on its cheap plastic stand. The rubber feet under the stand are also not great as it can slide quite easily on my desk. Honestly I prefer this because I move my monitors around a lot, but if you're looking for something that will plant solidly and not move, this is not it. At a sub $100 price point though, I'm not sure you can ask for much more. Ultimately, if this fits your usage philosophy then it's a great deal and I would recommend this monitor wholeheartedly. ... show more

I love these monitors, I have one of the older ones that they made since before display port was added and it's still doing amazing, and I bought two more of the new ones almost a year ago so I could have a cheap and easy triple monitor setup. They come with the power cord, HDMI cable, and an AUX cable, and the built in stand, they also have Vesa mounting holes which i am using. They don't advertise the brightness anywhere on this page, but they are at least twice as bright as my older ACER monitor, and its adjustable, the contrast is phenomenal as well. The built in speakers aren't anything to write home about but they are certainly better than dollar store earbuds and headphones, and other monitors I've used in the past, and the volume is very easy to change with buttons as you can assign one of the extra buttons to control the volume, they even have two extra buttons for assigning your own shortcut keys. you can also have all three inputs plugged in at the same time and easily swap sources like a tv. 10/10 great monitors, if they ever make a 4k version that's exactly like this, or a 120hz id get that next, these are perfect! ... show more

    • A solid choice with convenient features for basic home use.
I use this monitor for light office work and watching streaming video. I am not a gamer or a graphic designer, and I don't care about stuff like color calibration. This is a good monitor for the price. The picture isn't the clearest or sharpest in the world, but it's perfectly fine. The speakers aren't a home theater experience, but I find them more than usable for watching streaming video and I wouldn't describe them as tinny or inadequate. The adjustability of the monitor is very convenient; you can easily tilt it forward or backwards, as well as raising or lowering it. There is one stuck pixel on my monitor, but I'm not going to go through the return/exchange process for that, especially when the replacement could be worse. I haven't noticed any backlight bleed. Setup was easy, but the people who say they had trouble using an HDMI cable are right; you have to shove a couple of inches of cable off to the side before you can insert the cable into the port. The back of the monitor where the ports are could have been designed better to avoid this. I've also noticed that if the monitor was unplugged, there isn't any sound at first when I plug it back in. I have to unplug and replug the audio cord, and then the sound starts up again. (Not sure if that's normal for this type of monitor; this is my first monitor with integrated speakers.) Overall, this is a very decent monitor for the price. If you need a monitor for general home use, I can recommend this one. I purchased this because I needed a second monitor for work and it works great ! The colors are pretty decent ..not as vibrant as my tv but you can change the settings to your liking. I hooked my switch up to it and played a bit on the monitor and there wasn’t any lag and the colors in the game were close to the colors from the tv. The speakers work just fine and I was able to hear the game very well. If you need a second monitor for work or just an inexpensive gaming monitor I would recommend this one ... show more
