Didn't come with an ethernet port, but got a usb hub. Speakers are terrible, but added a external speaker that works great. Amazon Basic. Use this computer for mobile DJing, works great, fast bootup, plenty space for music.

I've had it less than 12hrs and so far its extremely slow and the updates are taking FOREVER. Will update this if the updates fix the problems, but so far, this might have to be returned, as its so slow that its impossible to navigate. EDIT: Updates took a total of 20hrs. I have 500-1gb speed internet, so nothing should be taking that long. Computer immediately starts to overheat, and the CPU usage maxed out constantly. Once I messed with the Win11 settings and ASUS settings to "Turbo Boost" the CPU it got even slower. Using my laptop cooling pad (I usually use it for my gaming laptop) kept the temperatures lower, but not within acceptable parameters. Just idling, the computer did fine, but opening more than 1 window or more than 1 tab in any browser (Opera GX, Chrome, Edge, Firefox were all tried) would slow down all possessing. Watching a YouTube video was a hit or miss. Honestly, I don't know what good this laptop would be used for, as it was unable to do the simplest tasks. Part of my decision to purchase this laptop was the large touchpad with the finger print sensor as shown in the picture advertised. The Asus model X512, I received, does not have this feature. Searching this model on Asus's website show's a picture but does not continue with any specs. This is very disappointing therefore a 2 star rating. Other than that specs described match. This laptop works great, great price, I really like Asus products. This is an upgraded product by the seller, as described in the Brown Box paragraph. ... show more
