Couldn't get the device to work. It was malfunctioning &I'm not familiar with gaming or tech mechanisms. Seller was allowing us to return (outside of the return window) I was so grateful that I decided to give it one last shot. I am outside my return window I’m told (by a few days) but my Rog is so slow and makes crackling noises if the volume is up enough for me to hear anything. I have spent hours updating only to have games consistently freeze or crash or the crackling is so loud I can’t handle it. I would like to return it but can’t get in touch with anyone.
