This is one fine device. Easy to get on and off and protects your pic perfectly. No more Saran Wrap! The holes at top and bottom are a very heavy duty rubber that fit very tight around your arm to make an extremely tight seal. No water gets in mine when I shower! This worked really well! There was a bit of opening on underside of my forearm, so I just pushed in a folded paper towel and it stayed dry. Kinda tight getting on and off. No way could I do it by myself.

Works like a charm. Keeps my PICC line dressing dry while showering. Previously using Press-N-Seal wrap which was a challenge to put on and a little moisture would get inside.

My husband has a Pic line for introveneous meds. I tried wrapping his arm with seran wrap and the area got soaked and the nurse who some to change his meds was not happy with us. This is a game changer. Easy to put on and take off and it keeps the whole area safe. He can shower more often now.

    • Works, but cumbersome for picc line
This works well. I used it to cover a picc line (not a cast). I found for this use, i was trying to be delicate pulling over the area the picc line is inserted because it is tight (to keep water out),. I just found it easier to use press n seal. I would guess it is perfect for someone with a cast.
