I got these because our heater core in our car is out of service. Our windows fog up a lot because of that. This is easy to use and does a fair job. My only complaint is the cloth is not as absorbent as I would like. I can use it once or twice then it needs to be changed.

I’ve looked at these things and looked at them again. Never bought till now. Was cleaning the truck windshield the other day and getting very frustrated I still was getting smears. And it’s so hard to kind of turn upside down to clean a windshield as you get older. Don’t twist as needed as easily anymore. So I ordered it. Had high ratings. Wow. It really works great. Can get into all the corners and down at the bottom by the dash easily. Comes with a nice carrying bag and even a squirt bottle to take some window cleaner with you. It said use dry. That didn’t seem to work. Then it said use a little water. That didn’t seem to work either. But I will say I don’t really give the microfiber covers more than a quick chance. I just prayed the windshield with automotive window cleaner and a paper towel over the end figuring just thrown it away vs having to wash something. Worked so awesome. Perfectly clean. No stretching and venting like a contortionist. And windshield is perfectly clean. I’ll be keeping it in my truck for trips. I am very pleased. Only real observation. Once you put the cleaner part in to the pole it doesn’t come off very easily. So I just left it on. Fits in the bag assembled fine.

This is the perfect tool for cleaning the inside of car windshields particularly the rear ones. I have noticed that carwashes don't clean the inside of car windshields or if they do not very well. So, I tried to do it myself and found out why. The windshields are very slanted and it very difficult to clean particularly near the bottom. The AstroAI is the perfect answer to this and works perfectly. Spray the pad with Windex and a couple of swipes with this tool and the windshield is clean. It did such a good job I bought 3 more to give to friends.

I would have given this product 5 stars as it seem well made and did work excellently. As it looks like it would outlast the pads, I went online looking for replacement pads. The company does not sell them, so when the pads wear out, you have to buy the cleaning tool again to get more pads. Then I was astonished at the company's cookie policy which does not allow you options of setting preferences. If you are going to use their website, you have to allow all cookies. Definitely will never buy from them again. Update: I increased my rating by 2 stars due to the impressive customer service. I was contacted immediately and offered more pads which I declined as no one else would benefit. My observations are being passed to management which is all I could ask for

(+) telescoping handle moves and locks smoothly and makes the cleaning job much easier - especially for a petite person like me. I found I could gain additional length pulling the bottom grip down a bit. (+) the head pivots effectively and is easy to maneuver not clunky (+) covers are good quality. You get 4 not just 2. (+) storage bag is effective and easy to cinch up. Bag will also hold a bottle of Rain-X (I have the concentrate not spray version). (+) cloths air dry overnight It took me a couple tries to replace the covers on the tool head and to figure out which corner of the cloth goes at the top. I use it for exterior and interior window cleans as well as applying and buffing Rain-X on my 2023 Honda Civic.

Pros - Does what it's supposed to, leaves a streak free and haze free window when using the recommended alcohol as the cleaner. You can wash the microfiber heads in the washing machine for a like new cloth in between useless. The handle is sturdy enough to reach all parts of the window. Cons - I found that the shape of the head which reminds me of a flat shovel doesn't quite reach the corners of the window in the way I would have expected... at least not in my vehicle. Once the microfiber cloths have been used and washed, they shrink just a bit which makes it a bit of a challenge to put back on to the head of the wand. You will find that its hared to figure out which direction the cloth needs to be put back on either so you end up trying to force it only to figure out you need to rotate it a big to get it to fit. But other than that. Its great
