Fantastic product! First off you do need an air compressor to use this. The compressor I have came with a standard set of tire filler attachments. I replaced the current car tire filler with the new AstroAI Digital Tire inflator and used it to top off the tires on both our cars. What a change!! Previously I would put in some air into the tire, then detach, hook up an air pressure gage to see what the new pressure was, then put more air in, repeat, repeat, repeat. Now with the AstroAI inflator I can see the tire pressure once I stop filling the tire without detaching. The spring-loaded catch on the tire connector works great. It holds the filler onto the tire stem so you don't have to constantly push the filler against the tire stem. It also connects much easier with virtually no air loss from the tire (unlike the old filler). The on-off air pressure filler switch also works great for adding and stopping putting air into your tire from the compressor. In order to get an accurate tire pressure you need to stop adding air, which is very easy with the on-off handle switch. During air addition to the tire the pressure reads high due to the higher pressure of the air coming in from the compressor. The air release button also works great. Filling tires is now 10 times easier, quicker, and far more accurate with this system. I used it on my bicycle as well. Previously due to the higher pressure needed for bike tires it was VERY difficult to engage the old filler onto the stem. I actually had to use a pair of pliers to hold the stem in order to push hard enough to put air into the tire. What a pain. The new AstroAI filler also works great here as well. While the spring locking catch didn't fully engage on my bike tire stem (the threaded section wasn't long enough), it still worked much better than the old system. Same advantages as outlined above for filling a car tire. I'm extremely impressed and happy with this device. 5 stars all the way.

Let me tell you I've taught my girlfriend to change and rotate her tires while I change the oil on her Subaru. This gauge matches exactly was what is on the tire pressure gauge on the inside of the car. Makes me thrill she can fill them up and not have to go back and forth seven times to make everything match. I hope it lasts for a while it looks like it's pretty decent material. But we change and rotate tires every 6,000 mi so it will get used. I like the functionability about it it stays on the tire stem without leaking. I just worry about the battery leaking since it gets super hot in the garage and then super cold in the winter time so we may have to circumvent that and take the battery out.

Mostly solid brass construction, good. The backlit, easy-to-read LCD display is excellent. Guage protected by rubber insulator. Pressure relief valve in side, great. The actuator lever has a solid pivot pin. 18" rubber hose with lock-on head. My wife is neither a mechanic nor a tool expert, but she likes this one! I have an old professional inflator, but the sight glass is unreadable now. I won't be having a hard time reading this one! Best $23 I have spent in a while!

In the realm of tire inflators, the AstroAI ATG250 Digital Tire Inflator is much like a runner who's just missed out on a podium finish - it delivers an excellent performance, yet there's something holding it back from being a complete champion. At first glance, the ATG250 comes across as a veritable knight in shining armor, ready to rescue your deflated tires. Its rugged aesthetic and heavy-duty rubber hose appear built to weather a storm, and its 0.1 Display Resolution delivers precision readings like an overachieving honor student. In operation, the ATG250 certainly knows how to maintain its composure under pressure - quite literally. Its 250 PSI Air Chuck makes inflating tires feel as satisfying as sipping a perfectly brewed coffee. Quick Connect Coupler? Yes, indeed, and a match made in heaven for an impromptu tire inflating session at the crack of dawn. However, just like that coffee might be a tad too hot, the ATG250 has its minor foibles. The digital pressure gauge, while exceptionally accurate, seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to turning on and off. It's a bit like trying to control a petulant child with a sugar rush - manageable but requires some patience. All said and done, the AstroAI ATG250 Digital Tire Inflator gets a solid four stars. Despite its minor glitch, it holds its own in the gladiator arena of tire inflators and can handle your PSI needs with finesse.
