The gauge is complete! Set your air compressor to at least 60 psi. The attachment to the valve stem was leaking badly. Perhaps because the rubber seal in the attachment was cold. I remedy this by adding two drops of silicon lube used for O rings. Then the adapter sealed and gauge worked perfectly. I like the digital accuracy and ease to add air, check reading and deflate to desired pressure. Suggest the OEM add a small packet of silicon lube. I recommend this gauge.

Easy to read screen and works beautifully. Nice tight brass fill head that whose connection seats deeply and gives an excellent seal. Fills quickly and accurately. I checked pressure reading against my other gauges and it was spot on. Easy to handle and operate. Simple push button to turn on and change units.

At first glance, the ATG250 comes across as a veritable knight in shining armor, ready to rescue your deflated tires. Its rugged aesthetic and heavy-duty rubber hose appear built to weather a storm, and its 0.1 Display Resolution delivers precision readings like an overachieving honor student. In operation, the ATG250 certainly knows how to maintain its composure under pressure - quite literally. Its 250 PSI Air Chuck makes inflating tires feel as satisfying as sipping a perfectly brewed coffee. Quick Connect Coupler? Yes, indeed, and a match made in heaven for an impromptu tire inflating session at the crack of dawn. However, just like that coffee might be a tad too hot, the ATG250 has its minor foibles. The digital pressure gauge, while exceptionally accurate, seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to turning on and off. It's a bit like trying to control a petulant child with a sugar rush - manageable but requires some patience. All said and done, the AstroAI ATG250 Digital Tire Inflator gets a solid four stars. I purchased this tire pressure gauge in early 2021 and believe I have used it long enough to write a review. I have had zero issues with this gauge despite heavy use (for a homeowner, not a mechanic) on cars, trucks, bikes and soccer balls, use in hot summers and temperatures well below zero degrees. The lighted display is bright and easy to read. I have had to replace the batteries only twice in the last four years, which is better than most electronic tools I have. As other reviewers have noted: the pressure read-out shows the inflation pressure when adding air - NOT the tire's actual pressure - and you must release the fill lever to see the true tire pressure. Adding more air, or releasing air via the release button, is very simple. This is NOT a defect; it is how pressure gauges work. If this tire pressure gauge ever fails, I will update this review (and buy a replacement, because I think it is well worth the money).
