I ordered these in 12 point because some axle nuts are 12 point and if they are 6 point you can still use these, ive never had an axle socket so messed up you absolutely had to use a 6 point socket on. But awesome set and value for your money. Nice blow molded case if you plan on storing them but i removed them and put on a magnetic rail. They take a beating with an impact daily as I work at a dealership and constantly doing half shafts. Astro tools is by far one of the best quality companies at a reasonable price ... show more

So far only used the 30mm. These won't see a lot of use but great to have when you need them. It was a tossup between this set and the Tekton. I went with these because they are all 12 point and I'll need that for Toyota. They all seem to be good quality. I believe Astro also has a very good warranty on their tools too. Needed an axle nut set for all the CV Axles I have been replacing lately. Local parts house has them for $85+ to rent. Purchased this set for a LOT less and it has worked quite well when I need it without having to wait for the parts house to open. These are amazing for the price. Most Toyotas are 12 points. A newer Toyota Tundra or Sequoia is a 39mm. A 39 mm through snap on is like 100$. You just can't beat this set. The case is nice to have to if you need it.
