The Astro Pneumatic Tool 78244 11-Piece 1/2. The pinless design in these sockets allow for a full 360°of freedom for the Universal head to angle and rotate. As a result, the new hex ball swivel design takes more abuse than the "winged" Designs by transferring more of the impact force to the bolt itself. This set includes one aluminum socket holder and pinless Universal impact sockets in the following sizes: 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm

The media could not be loaded. Just completed a complete front suspension job at my house, everything from inner and outer tie rods, brakes, struts, rotors, hubs, lower control arm, bushing, stabilizer bar, sway bar link, and the list continues. I exclusive used the Astro 3/8 swivel sockets for most of the job. I really beat the heck out of it with my high 3/8 impact and produces over 500 ft lbs or torque. At the end, they seem brand new, swivel seem to hold in place like original. Compared to the truck brands, these are like 1/10 the price! If I had to start over, I would exclusive get the Astro sockets. I already own a few of their sets, and the quality of their sockets are great. I found out about them from the torque test channel, and they rated Astro as one of their top picks. Easy to put into a ratchet or impact and works well as it fits into most spaces! Use them daily at a dealership on 3/8 and even 1/2 air impact and so far they have no problems at all, still smooth and snug. Only downside is the labels very easily rub off when spinning against stuff but that’s nothing to care about considering the important stuff. (the actual tool quality)
