We bought this as a Christmas Gift for our son. The problems began when the pieces didn't go together smoothly. It seemed like the parts were for a larger diameter tramp. Eventually, I got it together by hanging off the frame until it bent slightly and went together. This seemed to work fine for our 10 year old, but when an older child came over and tried it out, one whole leg section bent inward and the trampoline collapsed. I pulled the leg back out, but now it bends and collapses frequently.... and of course, the returns window has closed... Avoid this one folks! ... show more

I got this product for my four grandchildren when got out to put together the springs, bolts were missing and the black jumping part was to small to fit VERY UNSATISFACTORY

We bought the 12ft trampoline and it worked fine for a couple of months but then things started breaking. It started with some little plastic pieces that connected the legs to the upright safety poles. Then one of the safety poles broke. A few days later, on the opposite side of where the safety pole broke, our 3 year-old was jumping and the curved bar holding the trampoline collapsed. As you can see in the picture, the metal frame bent and the legs came off. Fortunately only some minor cuts from the collapse but don't buy this if you value your children's well-being. There are other models with much more stability and better customer service. ... show more

It only lasted 2 months and the legs cracked and broke. There is no information for Xixov manufactures, even Amazon couldn’t find a number for them.
