Im a construction worker, bought these to use it during night work to enter traffic setups safely. Let other drivers know not to follow. I just tied them to a bar in the trunk inside my suv, no need for exterior installation in my case. Price i think is good for the quality and functionality of the product. I bought one of these for one of my mail Jeeps and it did not have that stupid little box on it and it works perfect. Then I had to buy another one for my other mailJeep and it has one of those stupid boxes on it and it turns off within seconds

Not bad for the price but for some reason it only turns on with the remote...? Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not but that's how it is. I don't know what I'm supposed to do when the battery in the remote dies because it doesn't look changeable. Also it probably looks better on a car window bc trucks trend to have the sliding rear window that blocks one or two of the LEDs... ... show more

I purchased this back in July 2024. I don't use it that often as it's used mostly at events. It has worked great till now. All of a sudden the remote wouldn't turn it on and the other day it just came on by itself. I replaced the batteries in the remote, still nothing. I have unplugged the 12v plug and when I plug it back in, sometimes it comes on and won't shut off without unplugging and other tries , it won't come on at all. Very disappointing since this is just a simple plug and play. Will find a different brand and try that.. ... show more

I use this unit in the rear of my patrol SUV I love everything about it except the brightness of the lights could be a lot brighter. They can be seen ok after dark but in the daylight its difficult to see the flashing lights unless you're pretty close to the rear of the vehicle..
