Super hard to tune and get the bridge to stay in place the first time. The bridge kept popping out of place but once set it stayed. I am impressed that it came with a little tuner, cleaning cloth, and extra set of strings. There is even a shoulder rest in with it!! It sounds great the first time I played it. I should have looked into this a little better. We bought this for our daughter’s birthday. We were all disappointed in how cheap this thing is waste of time and money.
