Instructions for putting together the stand are the worst I have ever encountered. I had to hover over the Amazon sales photograph to try to figure it out. The QR code in the instructions for the stand goes to a link that doesn’t exist. Product Support on the website is also non-existent. So far, though, all the keys work, and I like the way it sounds; I have not yet tried out all the fancy features of recording and accompaniment, though, to see if they work. The headphones work well. The sustain pedal does nothing at all; it appears to have a ‘window’ that could light up when working, but it does not light up, and it does not affect playing. ... show more

this piano looks beautiful in person for a keyboard! However, if you’re looking for quality, I would not recommend. The sharp keys are very difficult to press down, and when playing a song that makes it very challenging. However, sound is good and the pedal works properly. Just depends on if you are looking for quality of play or are just buying a first time piano. ... show more
