Product came very well packaged. It sounds very much like a real piano - not electronic, which is nice (my Yamaha Clavinova doesn't sound as realistic as this!) The keys are smaller than on a piano, so they are perfect for small fingers to learn to play on. The headphones that come with it are also small and just right for a child sized head. I got it for my 5 year old grandson, and the size is just right, but it's nice that the height of both the keyboard and seat are adjustable. I like that it comes with the key stickers to help him learn the notes. The only thing that could be better about it would be for it to come with a sustain pedal. I don't see this as a useful keyboard for an adult, because of the small sized keys. ... show more

My grandson loves this. He's a 9 yo and into video games, but this has peeked his interest and he has enjoyed playing the keyboard every day since Christmas. He's even "composing" songs on his own. He loves it!!
