I have carpal tunnel and Rheumatoid Arthritis in both hands. Using a purse that slips off my shoulder was a constant problem. I use the wristlet and can still use my hands. Not a lot of weight. I absolutely love the classy look of this case. It's super functional and simplifies my day by holding my cards and ID. HOWEVER, I do not think it's RFID secure, as stated. I put my key card for work in the card slot and tested the door. It read my card immediately and door unlocked.
