After fighting with an obsolete echo dot rigged up to my stereo, and not being able to stomach paying $300+ for another brand of basically the same thing. I invested in one of these, and it is money well spent. Biggest thing for me was being able to connect it to the internet through a cable, and after plugging it, the power, and output in, I was easily set up and playing music loudly for all of my neighbors to hear in no time. Sound quality is great, no lag. Also impressed with how it functions with both apple and Spotify, very easy to stream. Also, connected it to the app you can download with it and was able to change the name of the device. Great purchase and plan on buying more.

I wouldn't recommend this item. I tried both this item and their slightly less advanced similar unit with the same experiences. The device wouldn't work properly on any of a few recommended apps. Nor would it connect properly to my router with either a wired or wireless connection. As an afterthought, it seemed really cheap and chinsey. I don't think it even weighed an ounce, more like grams. I think they made it with the most basic of cheap Chinese electronics and it likely barely works for some under specialized circumstances. The few moments I got it to connect to the internet, it would play half a song, and then lose connection. I kept trying to play several songs, with the same result of disconnecting in the middle of the song. I was withing 10 feet of my router and my router had no issues.

The app is really disappointing and after 4 hours of trouble shooting I could not keep from needing to manually reconnect my phone to the device using the app. It would stop erraticly mid stream and disappear from the network even when wired directly via Ethernet. This device does not work for me as advertised. No way to play music from my lan mass storage device either. Replaced this with a high end Bluetooth receiver that works and sounds great every time and is effortless to use with no app needed. Wanted to like it. Returned it with disappointment and frustration.

So this wasn’t a smooth install and setup. I get that USB is th new power standard, but giving you a short cable wasn’t cool. Everyone is going to have an issue, I needed to get a longer one to get it through my stereo cabinet. They also show QR codes and it directs you to the wrong app this is for android and apple. Look for ‘GO Connect’ on both stores. Getting this device working on my network was a problem. I had to do a factory reset and then it worked. It doesn’t tell you that it’s upgrading firmware, I only found out by a fished message stating so. That means you’re watching this thing trying to connect and thinking it’s not working. It seems as if airplay is finicky, google cast and Spotify work fine. The internet radio feature in the app lacks a search feature. I was able to listen to Russian rock radio. That was cool. This isn’t high end, it a little to small but it streams fine. It also has digital out via toslink, that means you can use your own DAC. I paid only $80.00 for this, it was on sale. There is a WIiM model that has great reviews. It’s got a bigger display and better software. On a shoe string budget it seems to be a good choice.

Exactly what I needed. I was worried, had to use an app on phone to get going. No issues has good settings. As long as device is connected to same wifi, it all works seamlessly and improves sound from Bluetooth. Currently pairing old iPad for airplay. No issues at all.

Item works great within airplay limitations. I bought because multiple videos showed using it as a way to play music from a turntable on other airplay speakers. Somewhat Recently Apple removed this functionality from secondary devices. Otherwise the lp10 was perfect.

Excellent little streamer, great sound and quality. Easy to set up. I stream both Tidal and Qobuz. I have it hooked into a Cambridge AXA35 via a Douk vacuum tubes DAC, and Monitor Audio Bronze for speakers. Great match for an intimate room. Occasionally swap the Cambridg with vintage NAD 7040 and Yamaha AX596, great warm sound! Highly satisfied
