I can't express just how excited my wife and I were when we ordered these stools. They were exactly what we were looking for. Style and color. Received the order and busted open the box. Straight away, I'm into the first steps of assembly and the cross bars that attach the legs, well the holes that the screws go in just wouldn't align properly. There's 2 crossbars and I could get one of them to align, and then the other one wouldn't. Tried everything from not tightening the first bolts completely, to tapping the pieces with decent force hoping they would see it my way. Unfortunately the pieces had a mind of their own. I reached out to the seller. They insisted that I wasn't using their methods of putting the parts together. I mean C'mon, why would you manufacture something for the masses that would be so difficult to put together. In the end it was definitely lack of quality control. The pieces I was trying to put together were warped in different ways. Short of bend the tubing, I really tried the best to make it work. I am my wife's personal handy man and I've put together some of the most complicated furniture pieces,... No problem. My experience may be a fluke, but just don't be surprised if you have issues along the way.
