I got this to cover an area of dull and mismatched bricks in our patio area. The pop of color and the less mismatched surface immediately improved the spot. It's also very easy to pick up and give a shake as needed, unlike more official yard turf. While it does look like artificial turf, it looks very nice with my artificial flowers and potted decorations assembled on and around it. We've gotten a few compliments when we left our patio gate open, given this area is harsh on more delicate outdoor gardening.

Like many other homes, our garage is usually the way we enter the house. We have had a collection of old plastic rugs starting at the back door. In bare feet, they are uncomfortable to step on. Now, we have this lovely 2' x 8' artificial grass rug replacing the old plastic rugs. They collect lots of debris and this is easy to spray down with a hose. When the large garage door is open, dead leaves blow into the garage. This rug snags them as they blow by and makes it easier to keep the garage clean. We drag the rug out, shake it, wash it down, and put it back down. It takes a few days in the sun for the creases to disappear and the pile to fluff up. When sent, it is tightly wrapped and needs time to lie flat. We are pleased with the quality of this rug.

I ordered this to use on my townhouse patio to soften the surface and provide for a lush pretty surface. It's held up to winter abuse thus far and is nice soft texture to walk on. Great addition to green your patio when you don't have a yard and can't grow grass on your patio!! Looks great too!

Y'all, let me share with you my secret to less MUD- it's TURF! This mat is a breath of fresh air for our front yard. We have a gutterless drainage system- so when it rains- all the water drains down and basically creates a mote around my home. Without a sidewalk to our front porch, avoiding mud is nearly impossible... unless you use a wonderful turf mat like this one. At 2'x8', it fits just right, allowing for a buffer between the mud and mote- and also works as another doormat for everyone to wipe their feet on. The drainage holes are a blessing too- allowing for the mat to actually stick properly and not turn into a slip n slide. All in all- love this mat. Might not look real pretty- but it WORKS. Ten outta ten- would recommend!

It's really just okay, but at (29.99) I was hoping it was more like a tuft of grass like in the main picture. It looks more flat than in the pics, so I measured it and it sure is 1" tall blades of grass. The grass is a bit bright for being grass, so I guess that's why it's fake grass, but you're not fooling anybody with this. My kids use it for play and they enjoy it. I'll eventually throw it outside in the gazebo.
