I ordered 2 separate orders of this because the first one looked so amazing after it was installed over a worn down dirty, muddy area next to my front porch. So, I ordered more to use as a sidewalk area, total of 60' and 3-5' wide. It was so easy to install that I did it myself. It looks amazing. And the best part was that it was delivered much sooner than promised. Seems to be holding up well too. The sidewalk area doesn't get a lot of traffic, and it's mostly there to keep my dogs from wearing down a path and getting muddy in the rain. They love it and are using it so it's been well worth it to keep them and my house clean! My only caution is that I because I ordered this in 2 separate orders, and even though I specified the same type, the orders don't exactly match. This wasn't important enough for me to bother to return it, but if you need it to match, you may want to buy it all at once, instead of like I did. It's only a slight difference, and for my purposes, putting it in too different but adjoining areas it still looks nice. But, I still give it 5 stars! ... show more

The first picture is the day I took it out of the box. I used yard stakes to tack it down. The other pictures are a few days later after sitting in the sun. The seams, lines, and bumps start to disappear. And I flushed it up with just a broom. I bought a smaller piece a couple years ago from same company, and still looks great today. That’s why I felt confident that doing the whole dog run would turn out great. And the dogs love it. Just a heads up, it does have a chemical rubber smell that lasts about a week or so. ... show more

We put strips down in places where our dog has worn the grass down to the dirt. Her muddy paws track dirt all over our house. I used the artificial grass to cover the bare spots and the long nails to hold it in place. So far this has considerably reduced the muddy paws from tracking dirt all over. The artificial grass is low enough that we can use our mower to mow the real grass. Can be cut from the underside using a box knife. We researched turf for over a year and finally decided on this one due to the large size it was sold in. It fit our area perfectly and we didn’t have to deal with seams. I bought a huge roll afew year back and installed in a section of my back yard. It is exposed to the Florida sun almost 12 hours a day. Hasn't faded, lost fibers, or shown any signs of issues. Recently bought another roll for my pathway in the garden and installed easily once again. Looks to be built same as first roll so I expect this new roll to last a long time.
