I bought these for a class to use with watercolors. They worked great, didn't smudge with water but a few of the colors were either completely dry at first use or didn't have much ink in them. Colors are pretty and I like the ultra fine tips, but these definitely bleed through paper so I feel there are better marker options available for coloring books, cards, or any paper that you want clean on the back side. I used them in one of my coloring books before I realized they bleed through and the next sheet got marked up. I would definitely put some scratch paper between pages before using these markers again. The markers aren’t labeled with the color name or number and the caps don’t match the ink colors so it’s a mystery what color you’ll get until you get used to them. Some colors are really similar in shade and some of the tips are separated resulting in a feathered look when you write. Also seems like some are drying up quicker than others, even with little to no use. I will try the ultra fine Sharpies next time which, based on the reviews, seem more dependable and longer lasting. ... show more

As others have stated, the colors are vibrant but straight out of the box both of the light purple markers are totally dried out. I’m gonna keep them because they were on a deal and a great price.

The ink spreads. The neon colors are not quite neon, one pen (Mulberry Pink) is completely dried out and I don't seem to get that replaced. This is not a high quality product so do not expect too much.
